Penile venous stripping- Dr Geng Long Hsu

Huh i am also weighting to go or not for stripping surgery, for once i readed that geng long hsu had over 3000 patients under his belt and i dont see much of them posting in implant section who to bwlive and who to not, my ed is that i can have sex without aid but quality of my erection is not where i would like it to be,to implant or not , to stripping or not im 27 and .........

I've looked around a decent amount on who would be a good doctor for this surgery. Geng Long is problem the number one doctor in the world that does this. Does he have any MRI type imaging or idea on where the actual leaks are coming from? It seems to me like these doctors just start taking out veins and don't really know where the leaks actually are. I think this is a huge reason this surgery has been abandoned in western countries. It's a crap shoot. It may work it may not, it may be partial, it may be temporary, if you are very very lucky it will be a long term cure. But it's seemingly random and can cause other issues like numbness and shortening of the penis. I don't think this is a good idea doing more so experimental surgeries. I remember reading about gollam, he did sclerotherapy, which is somewhat similar to vl/vs surgery. It ended horribly for him.

Yes, indeed. A proper diagnosis is absolutely essential to enable any sort of prediction of whether or not VL/VS or sclerotherapy has ANY CHANCE of succeeding. If you don't have the "right" cause of E.D. this would be worse than a complete waste of time and waste of your penis.

And if indeed it is VL you have, to diagnose which vein(s) it is that is leaking is extremely difficult even for a very experienced doctor.

I had a discussion with a Harley St doctor about trying to get a cavernosography done where they inject dye into your veins to see the bloodflow better and he basically said it was very unlikely he would be able to diagnose any particular vein even with that technique.

Wow thank you for sharing your experience "ihavegivenup" I had considered to some degree about seeing him actually. Being young and suffering from ED is a little different and I can understand the desire to not have anything artificial like an implant inside you. That's what's made me hesitate on getting an implant. Honestly looking around online and reading about surgeries like the ones you had it looked like if there was anyone in the world capable of fixing ED surgically without an implant it was him. He has, from what I was seeing, by far the most research and articles on it. Which should slam the door for others on this surgery.
Are you still able to masturbate? How bad is your ED currently? What types of medications/treatments work for you?
How old are you? I'm 27 and am almost certainly getting an implant this summer. Maybe you should consider that?
After all the horrible explanations, excuses, embarrassing moments of being unable to perform I'm really starting to like the idea of one. Not losing additional length from ED, 100% always going to work without fail (could be drunk as you want and fuck better than anything she's ever had), you can be harder than natural if you want (I think you get additional girth with a Titan which will make the sex even better) imagine the confidence knowing that without a doubt you will rock her world

I am not able to have a decent masturbation. My penis sometimes stayed soft even when ejaculating. Viagra worked for me for about 6 six years but gradually lost it's effect. The losing effect of medicine is why I took the risk of trying the surgery but it turned out to be a piece of shit. Lastly, I am about your age.

Ectopic veins and an isolated leak are most probably the only cases in which vein ligation could buy you some years.

I had it, it put me from severe borderline ed (injections did not work at all) to a place where injections somehow work but as a young persons not being in a relationship I dont want to mess with injections.

Do your research. A lot of talk about it on F.T. It more than likely is not worth considering. If it does work it is only for a few months and then you are left with the decision of implant or injections. I have read several articles on F.T. Please be sure of your research.

I had the surgery performed by Dr. Hsu back in 2010.

Back then when i had the surgery done, I don't think there were more than 2 doctors in the world that performed it. I remember hardwood the guy who referred me to Dr. Hsu told me about a surgeon in Europe who also did the surgery but his success rate was like 30-50%. And because of that, that is why he went to Dr. Hsu.


Dr. Hsu years ago moved to a different clinic. When i had the surgery, he was still at the older clinic.


If anyone goes to have venous leak surgery, he is the only surgeon that you should trust. But again, this surgery is experimental... its not like 100% risk free. Dr. Hsu told me years ago before i went to have surgery, his success rate was over 90%. That to me is very good.
