I'm an old man in baggy cotton dockers or cargo pants. My 5" penis is rarely noticeable. I worry more about whether I've leaked a little pee on them. BLACK cargo pants.... Wranglers from Target.... soft cotton so I can rub myself if I want......

Good luck!

I was a bit self conscious at first but now I just ignore it and enjoy the glances I get. Especially at the grocery store on weekends with jeans. I am 4 1/2 inches deflated.

I think it's something you'll get over pretty quickly. I was concerned about this. There's definitely a much more defined bulge, especially in gym shorts or swimsuits. Those cylinders have to fit in some place so the result is thicker & fuller flaccid that you used to be. The shaft, at least with a Titan, doesn't hang loose and low like the non-implant shaft does. It's stopped bothering me now. And definitely better than the alternative

Plus there is no searching to find when you have to pee. Maybe a little hard to get out

I wear my penis pointed up. (My penis does not point very far down by gravity alone.) Maybe 4 o'clock or 4:30 at the lowest. So pointed up and held tight against my belly, it produces less of a bulge than if I have it pointed down (and out). But I am only 4 months post-op and the implant may soften some more in another few months.

But I will probably continue pointing up for the rest of my life.

You see, I can have the implant inflated sufficient for penetrative sex and still do not have an unacceptable bulge. Of course, I do wear underwear that gives a good amount of support to my penile shaft, holding it close to my belly. Since my penis does not reach all the way up to my beltline this is a viable positioning for me. (Having my glans wedged under my belt buckle would be...well you figure out how that would feel.)

Staying 75%-80% pumped also allows me to go out clubbing and stay ready for sex with minimal (or no) pumping up. This has been an issue discussed by other members here.
