When I say scratch my balls, I mean in the way you normally scratch your balls. You just reach down and scratch all over. Your balls move around...up, down, all around. With me, its stiff around the stitching area and still tender. So when my balls itch, I still can scratch them, I just have to be careful in scratching them. I have to be tender and mindful of where I am scratching.
For the past 2 nights, I could not sleep because they were itchy. I was up for about an extra 2 hours. I eventually fell asleep, but still...

Ag, be careful scratching too... I've gone on a scratching binge a time or two because mine will drive me CAWAZY!!! Try your best not to scratch too hard or the abrasions from your fingernails may cause you some skin damage that then needs to be doctored to get better - and heaven forbid the scratchin in itself might cause a superficial surface infection! I've used some over the counter topical hydrocortisone cream to stop the itching, and I've also used prescription Triamcinolone cream (also a steroid cream). Either of them should be used with caution though as they do cause skin thinning with chronic use and being steroidal, there's no way to know how your "boys" might react to them with chronic long-term use.

Wayne, scratching is done carefully. Each half ok to scratch, but when I get to middle, I rub it. Nails trimmed (bored shitless here, what else am I going to do) so I am OK there.
Last night, no itching. I took an allergy pill earlier, maybe that helped. From the way you are describing your episodes, I don't think mine rise (no pun) to that level. I sometimes do feel like the hairs are growing on my balls too fast, but this feeling is all over my sack. The allergy pill thing started when I was prescribed some sulfur meds and I had an allergic reaction.

More testing done last night, and I actually took a look at my balls. Stitching pretty much healed, except lower portion.
Wearing tighty whiteys right now. Its not the dick, but the stitching, so that is a relief. I can go back to my briefs, but still wearing the sock because of sensitivity.
Had a self luv session this AM, it was meh, but I think a very warm, hot bath will yield results and I can find the other half of the release valve (only found one side).
MAYBE I can get in a few pumps and let it go for a couple minutes and deflate.

Update: Nope, not back to normal underwear. The pulling of underwear when I try to scoot back or move forward hurts me.

Finished appt. with Dr. He wants me to grab my pump, gently pull down and forward. I told him about the way I have been sleeping and squeezing my balls in inadvertently, therefore needing the pillow.
We went through the valve thing, and pulled out the key chain to try to get the process right, but he wants to see me physically in May (hopefully). I think I know what to do and have to practice when I shower tonight.
