Trimix - that needle sounds a bit scary, esp for a first-timer! I use 31g and 5/16".
Cleanliness first. Plump up the penis and slip the needle right to it's limit (5/16") and slowly inject, gently withdraw (all the while holding the penis firmly in one place) and hold finger over injecting site for a few seconds or until blood is not rising through skin. I get little if any bleeding which is good news for non-scarring. I give you this detail because consistency is important. Once you have consistency + the right dose you are in business. Be prepared to gradually reduce dose, I have reduced from a peak of 1.5ml 6 weeks ago to 0.9ml at present. I put this down to recovery of the nerves and erectile tissue now I am getting the bloodflow associated with strong erections.
First Trimix injection today :-)

Trimix - as you say, so much is a case by case basis - and I'd even go so far as to say a try by try basis. Things to consider:
the strength of your trimix
did you hit the 'sweet spot'
massaging the juice into all the nooks and crannies can help
the size of your equipment - more meat requires more trimix!
My results are different each time I stab. But as you say, all better than the alternative. Good luck as you experiment - and enjoy!

The needle is now not a problem at all, I am using a 30g 5/16 and it works great and I am pretty much following the same proceedure you are. I am at .5cc now and will try that a few times. Plumping up with a VED is a really a big help (pun intended) I can find a good spot to inject much easier and I think it helps keep the trimix local so it will work better. I have had very little bleeding and am getting very comfortable with this whole idea now, WoW, never thought I would be saying that !!!
Re: First Trimix injection today :-)
Several spots to post this message so hope this is the right place to get a response. I am 15 months past brachytherapy and beam radiation and now age 75. Prior to treatment Viagra worked great and I was fine for minimum once a week and sometimes twice. Post treatment it has gone downhill. Viagra still works but staying power is very short (apparently due to leak) and the pop feeling is 15% of what it used to be. Have a pump but do not like the rings. Question is: Does an injection provide for better staying power than just Viagra and does it provide for better ejaculation feeling? I can of course go to a Urologist specializing in ED but don't see the need if it does not have a reputation of being better than Viagra for staying power and ejaculation. Would appreciate an experienced answer. Thanks Bob
Had external beam radiation and brachytherapy 2010 with some ED soon after. Viagra works, Some loss of sensation at times but overall sex has returned We are very oral and that helps a lot.
Re: First Trimix injection today :-)
My experience with trimix injections has been excellent. I can achieve a rock-hard erection (remember being 19?) that lasts pretty much as long as I want it to last just by varying the dosage. I currently use a relatively small dose (2 units or 0.02 ml) and stay wonderfully hard for 90 to 120 minutes. Even when "deflation" begins, the least bit of stimulation--physical, mental, visual--fires that sucker right up again. I would also say that the ejaculations I have using trimix are as powerful as they were when I was a young man.
One caution: along with many others, I have experienced some delay--even difficulty--in achieving orgasm. I don't know if this is due to a loss of sensitivity related to my diabetes or what. My uro says that delayed ejac is a common phenomenon with ED and that most experts would agree that they cannot definitively say whether it it due to the ED or to the ED remedy--whatever it may be.
The good news is that most prick-stickers will tell you that they can stay hard enough long enough to acheive orgasm, even if it takes longer than it used to take. (Some of us old farts do need to get to the gym and rebuild those glutes, however!) And if your partner just wears out, you can always finish off by hand.
Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Best wishes for hard times.

I will second Greg's comments. Prior to starting on injections, 100 mg of Viagra was no longer doing the trick. What a difference an injection makes.

Hello guys,
My expirence has been .02 was first tried in the office with the PA, then .04 in office but I did the shot, then he sent me home with .05,.06..07ml each, they were already loaded. Then I did,the same with Quadmix, which I think a .05 of either is the same results for me.The quad was less painfull,or less stinging if you will So I'll settle on trying the quad,I just picked a script up today and it was 105$ for 5ml,They told at .07 ml I can have 7 shots, some things I found out were using a VED(pump) first helps give you a bigger target, and also sitting down while you inject helps you relax ,and with a beer belly, this helps seeing LOL.The amounts you talked about above seemed high ,make sure you understand the measurments, unless you use these everyday this is foriegn to most people, so ask before you inject .1or you will have enough wood for another Colorado Winter. I'LL keep you posted!

Hey mtnmn:
In your above message you said:
And also this:
I don't quite know how to put this, but in spite of your due diligence to get the measurements right, you got them wrong anyways. Your .07ml would have to be .7ml (70u) in order for it to only allow 7 shots per 5ml vial. But you are in good company -- it is a rare forum thread that discusses Trimix or any other mix that is not riddled with innaccurate measurements. Blame the US Math and Science Education system and then also blame the entire US Commerce community for resisting going onto the metric system for all these years. Together they've produced generations of people who don't know a ml from a molehill. You can understand why the Docs want you to come in for a shot or two so they know there is no misunderstandings. I hope the Quadmix works for you, but it is not so great that you only can get 7 shots from a $110 vial. In my case i use 10u per shot so get a hearty 50 shots per vial .. and those are all 110%-ers too. You could bang nails into boards with the erections. You might possibly see if you can get stronger versions of the Quadmix -- although the PGE-1 would be the likely part they would increase in order to mnake it stronger. But maybe they could up some of the other ingredients instead if you are really sensitive to PGE-1.
( Also you can go back and edit your ml values in your post anytime (for future generations) .. you just have to be logged in to do it).

Re: First Trimix injection today :-)
Good luck my friend but I would NOT reuse a needle, this could end up very bad if you got an infection. They are very cheap and most drug stores will sell them if you have a copy of perscription or proof you are legal injecting.Foe injections start small,in little increments,.05,.06,then move up to .1 gragually, you don't want the 4 hour deal to ER,and everyone's response is different as well as your injection expirence, the better the hit the less med you need .Practice my friend is the answer a

Re: First Trimix injection today :-)
mtnman is right: Never, ever re-use a needle/needle tip. Not only could you get an infection, you could easily contaminate the product when you insert a used needle into the vial. No matter what some may say about re-using needles, it's a bad plan all around. No medical professional will ever say it's okay.
