Day17

No Pain. Popped the valve both ways. Did not inflate it. Don't won't to F up things. Day 15 pix below. Still lots of swelling in the Nut Bag and Fat Pad. All is well. Can't believe Ibuprofen is handling things.

So did I see that last photo correctly? You're incision was not along the "raphe" (the vertical seam between left and right side of scrotum) but was instead side to side (transverse)?

You saw correctly. Doctor uses for increased access. Field of view is increased. He did a dorsal phalloplasty. That pulls the pubic fat pad down and allows more of the shaft to be seen. Other methods, lose weight. Very tough to focus on the fat pad. Liposuction. Did a consult. I'm not "fat enough" to get much benefit from that surgery.

Still early days. Today is day 18. Swelling has reduced, my dick looks better. Shaft has straightened while flaccid. I'm activated April 14 (just under a month from now) then I'll see the beginning of how this turns out.

I'll have a good outcome. I was 5.25 or 5.5" using Tri-mix or VED. My best natural youth length was 6". Cancer treatment and PD left a toll. Inflated, the implant will cure my curve to the right and indentation. I'll have a hard dick all day every day of the year. I'll be back to at least 5" end of this year. The alternative was another wasted year. Another year older, closer to my grave.

Worst case: Dr. Eid or Dr. Kramer will try to fix it. After 9 years of excuses, it was Time.

The erect pic was Bone pressed. I lost an 1.5" due to pubic fat pad. Reason for the Dorsal procedure.

No way to tell how much was paid for what. Individual items clumped together. Example: A very large charge for Sterile Supplies. I believe that to be the Surgery room and everything in it for the complete event.

Total Paid out $16,984.93 approx. 12.55% of billing. Put another way: 87.45% discount. Wish I could get that on a new Truck.

What are your measurements now? Have you activated yet?

Not activated yet. April 14th. 6 weeks and 5 days. Will post size then. Don't know why so long. Zero communications with Doctor.

Concerned with length after being deflated for 6+ weeks. PreOp - 5.5" L x 5.5" G by Tri Mix and VED. Other Drs. go out 8 to 10 weeks. Most left Inflated . I have a May 5th appointment as a "backup" Not Rocket Science.

Add to Questions List prior to Hiring a Cutter.

1. What access and how much will I have with YOU after Surgery? Verbal or Text/Email Portal?

2. Inflated or deflated after surgery? For how long and why?
