Pull that trigger bro and don’t look back! I felt the same as you and now, even while healing it only gets better weekly! We had a swing date on Saturday and I had sex and got off 3 times with full confidence that I could have gone 4 times with a rock hard penis.
Also, the longer you wait, the more likely you COULD lose length perminantly. Go to a high volume implanter, pay the extra money and do it! You’ll be happy later.
47 year old swinger. Had 36+ hour priapism that landed me in ER twice over 48 hours. Scarring in my penis makes it to where I’m at risk of severe priapism at any time. Erections inconsistent. Implanted by Dr. Eid on December 21st 2021, Coloplast Titan OTR

I understand how this is disappointing for both you and your fiancé. She might be thinking that you are not doing anything about this problem, which is something you need to address by discussing it openly. Otherwise, you might lose a wonderful GF. As other brothers mentioned above, get her onboard.
Regarding the time, yes. now is the time to go for the implant. What else would happen to get this problem solved. Your fiancé would love that you are thinking about her and your relationship.
