Just in regards to getting into higher doses, keep a lookout for side effects.
Injecting isn't that bad, just expensive really.
Scared because of stretched length

45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Definitely. Currently 5mg daily has no sides for me, and I didn't notice any when I took 10mg one time either. Hope it stays that way!
About the injections: I get that they can work really well, but I'm not sure if they would be a good (long-term) solution for me.
Next to overcoming the fear of injecting (my hands would probably be shaking the first times), I'm mostly worried about the damage they could cause after long-term usage. They typically only seem to work for only a few years (after which an implant is needed anyway), and in the meantime may cause scarring/fibrosis/curvature/PD (which in turn can lead to a loss of length ...). Also, I'm still young and currently single, so I don't know how well that would work to keep things spontaneous.

Struggling with ED since 22 years old.
Doppler test (2022) concluded VL (no response at all to 15mcg PGE1).
Currently on 5mg tadalafil daily, and seeing a sexologist to tackle the psychological aspect. Varying results.
