PT 141 works directly on the melanocortin area of the brain, so what is giving you erections is your brain. And although you will get great erections, you won't always get them as spontaneously as an on demand trimix hardon. Believe me I gave it a very good shot with PT 141 and one time I got so horny, I literally dragged my wife to the bedroom however doing the deed I went soft. That never happens with Trimix.
For my money I will go back to the Melanotan 2 at very low does for tanning purposes, and the nice chubby feeling it gives you.

I just started using it a month or so ago. All I can way for myself is WOW. I have Titan implant and don't even need to pump it to get a big throbbing hard on (my surgeon left a lot of tissue). Once I pump it up and throw on a Xialla cock ring it's very sensitive. I take 3mg about four hours before sex and 20mg of Cialis. The only downside is bothersome erections throughout the night that want attention instead of sleep lol

I do have heart disease and a bit leery of the supposed side effects and will take my bp to see how it effects me.

I'm not sure it worked tonight. I used 2mg three hours before sex. It was not as intense or I was just really horny. Waiting a week and then try 3mg again.

Yup it worked didn’t kick in until an hour after we went to bed. I timed to three hours before sex should have been 5-6 hours.

Once it kicks in, how long does it last? Do you get multiple erections too?

Once PT 141 takes effect I get about 16 hours out of it. I get both psychological and physiological enhancement from it. Not sure how it would work if you have nerve damage. It does seem to enhance the trimix for my but I've not had any prostate surgery.

For me it takes about 9 hours to kick in and then I start popping wood not even thinking about sex. Very strange medication.
