I had it installed on Wednesday 5/14/25 by Dr Perito. I have a large purple grapefruit between my legs, two drains and no real pain at all. They are keeping the drains in till Monday to help the swelling. I found the pump and pull it down every time I piss, ouch lol. this is my second implant. my titan was damaged during a UROFILL procedure in peoria last September. I was 6.5 " length and 6" girth with the titan and dr Perito said it's now a 7" by 6.5' when he pumped it up while I was in the twilight zone.

Koch feels rounder than the Titan, but not like a pre-implant hard on.

It was damaged with the needle. Perito did make everything OK gave me a euro fill and didn’t charge me for it.

I’m not sure I think so. I got the same size. I’m still cycling.
