I went with Loria out of Miami, got permanent filler. He uses a silicon mix. I am very happy, but its kinda like the implant, most people love it but then a small percentage that dont.

It did make it thicker, i got it before the implant, i dont have an odd shape, its very round, guessing cuz of the filler. Its way thicker, i went from 5 mid to 6.25 after two treatments. 6 tip, 6.25 mid and 7 base. Gained around 1.25 everywhere.

Can't comment on PMMA but the HA feels very natural and I remember my natural erections well as I only struggled with Peyroines and ED 6 months prior to implant and 8 months prior to filler. Looks rounder feels natural and girth is the same or more as my dick prior to when I injured it and my peyroines started. All and all I feel my dick is the same as it was in the "good ole days" except the erection angle is lower and it doesn't contract like it did.

So far LOVE the filler would 100% recommend if you want to add a tad or girth or even just shape it a bit differently.

How long ago did you get it FloridaSpeedo? You've put some miles on the filler and it is still holding up nicely? Just wondering what your take is on how long it lasts.

I paid 10k even for what they called the platinum procedure, that was two glands enhancements and two shaft enhancements. I did them 6 months a part, did 1 glands and 1 shaft at the same time each time. I think its gone up since i did it 2 years ago

hey hog, did your implant doc have anything to say about the filler you had - positive or negative. I have had PMMA. Just curious what docs say about this stuff and how it effects implants at all, if it does.

Clavell said it wouldn’t impact getting one but advised not getting it. He said he had to clean up some botched jobs. I am happy with both so?? Bet its like the implant, its great for most but 5%? Go through hell
