72 Hour update:
Feeling amazing right now. Got my drain removed today, thankfully. That thing was annoying. Also got the wrap off my dick which felt great. I don’t know why but I was expecting my dick to look traumatized but it wasn’t. There didn’t seem to be much swelling or bruising at all.
I went into the appointment only expecting to remove the drain and wrap. Hakky came in and said I should start trying to cycle as soon as I can. I asked him, “now”?. And he said yeah right now let’s do it lol… I was 110% not mentally prepared for that and had only take 600mg of ibuprofen. I absolutely would have taken more if I knew I’d be cycling today. Nonetheless, I said let’s do it. I would say the pain was maybe a 7/10. Not nearly as bad as I imagined. Pumping caused zero pain, deflating caused more but just felt like someone pinching my ball skin. Anyway, it felt great to be able to inflate and deflate myself. I managed to fully deflate and my dick looked like it got run over by a bus which was weird to see.
I asked Hakky about the reservoir and was basically told that anyone with an implant should be mindful of the amount of weight on their abdomen/groin. He said if it’s like a 200 lb girl bouncing up and down, that could be a problem. After all of my reading I’ve concluded that I want to play it safe with my implant anyway. I’m going to have lots of fun, but also not going to do things that I think could cause problems. Slight lifestyle adjustment basically. Small price to pay for a working dick imo.
Anyway, finally took a shower today when I got home and feeling significantly better. I can actually wear pants now that my dick is deflated. Excited to cycle tonight to see how long I can go for!

Congrats man and good luck with the cycling! You might ask hakky about having to deflate all the way he told me I don't have to squeeze all the fluid out if I don't want to won't cause any issues, I think it makes my flaccid look better.

End of day 3:
Just cycled tonight for the first time aline and was definitely manageable. Pain probably 5/10. I did the helicopter exercises that were recommend while flacid to start softening the cyclinders, pulled down on the pump, and cycled for 25 minutes. Got maybe 20 pumps, waited 5 min and got another 3-5, waited another 5 and got another few pumps. Maybe 30 total, and left it up 25 min. Probably could have gone more but didn’t know what the after math would hold so figured I’d ease into it. Currently icing my aching shaft now lol.
I got scared for half a second when I couldn’t find the deflate, but then quickly realized it had rotated 90 degrees, and found it. Maybe from moving around or sleeping on my side for the first time moved it.
I can now officially confirm, my hourglass and narrowing are COMPLETLEY resolved. Insane…. I have significantly more girth on the top half of my shaft. Probably pre Peyronies girth, meaning I’m sure I’ll go well above that after months of cycling. Even if my length stayed the same today I’d be happy, although I know I will get more length. Probably about 7 inches or so currently. Currently very happy with my decision. Now just to get the pain to go away lol, but I know that will take a few more weeks.

Post op day 9:
Took measurements today. Pre surgery measurement are in signature, post surgery was 7.6 BPL erect, and almost 7 inch flacid. Didn’t measure girth since I’m not “actually erect”, I’ll do girth measurements when I’m aroused otherwise it would be an apples to oranges comparison as glans and spong are not engorged. I have to say, it’s pretty awkward walking around with a 7 inch flaccid. Fortunately, it bends nicely at the base when flacid so I can tuck it left or right. Wearing it down isn’t an option as it would hang down into my pant leg. Sitting on the toilet is also awkward. I have to sit as far back as possible and hold my dick with one hand so it doesn’t go in the water. Long term I’ll have to find a solution. As ridiculous as it sounds I might invest in a special toilet that’s wider and deeper at home in my bathroom.
At day 9 I’m certainly feeling significantly better. Been off all pain meds for days. Been cycling since day 3. I think I’m finally getting SOME relief in my sack so pumping is less painful. My reservoir pain seems to be going away pretty quickly. I don’t think about it just moving around as usual. But if I stretch out or bend a certain way I’ll feel a slight pull. My biggest complaint right now is that it hurts to walk or stand too long because my sack is sensitive, and when the pump is resting at the bottom of it- it’s like a hard ache feel.
I did notice my left cylinder, at the base, has somewhat of a kink in it. I’m not sure if this will resolve with time and cycling, but if you experienced that and have any advice that would be appreciated! In my head it makes sense that as my dick lengthens the cylinders can then expand more, which should hopefully fix the kink. Imagine and 8 inch straw sitting in a 7 inch jar, it has to bend right? And right now I am day 9 so I have a lot of growing to do.
Overall super happy with the procedure. Things are going well. Will post another update in a few days.

Probably 8.5 BPL before surgery but back then I didn’t know what BPL is lol. So I only measured from the skin. PMy measuring was never consistent. Now I might hurt someone with it, before I was more worried about breaking my dick in half lol.
Just patiently waiting out this recovery and anxious to hit the 2-3 month mark! Appreciate the kind words.

Day 17 update:
I’ve concluded the perineum pain I feel is probably the rear tips of the cyclinder pressing. I’ve learned that if I push too far when cycling and go for max inflate twice a day-it’s creates a lot of soreness after. So, considering cycling just once a day now. I know many doctors have different cycling protocols but I think as long as you’re stretching the tissue daily you’re good. This could also be that im oversized. My surgeon did say if he oversized me it would hurt like hell cycling-he was right.
Aside from that, I went back to the gym after day 15 and did baby weights (5 and 10bs) just to do something and hopefully get some kinda blood flowing. The first two weeks of recovery I quite literally sat around in my bed, so I kind of went 0-100. In retrospect I should have probably forced myself out of the house prior to week 2 so I could start getting used to it. Anyway, after my second day at the gym I noticed some pain at the reservoir site. Mostly if I’m stretching out I feel it. I also noticed some swelling in the pubic area where the reservoir is. I’m assuming I just irritated it from all the movement after doing not much of anything. I definitely didn’t strain or lift more than 20 lbs in the gym. But when I feel around all I feel is swelling, no sign of herniation, so I think I’m good. Hopefully swelling goes down in a few days and back to normal.
So basically right now I’m only thinking about the perineum pain cycling and the reservoir situation. Trying to just be patient as I know for many of us the road tk recovery has ups and down and many bumps along the way.
I can tell I’m getting much longer and thicker already from the cycling, so that’s reassuring. Just ready to get the worst behind me so I can start feeling back to normal.

The inguinal cord is opened up for insertion of the reservoir and tube into the abdomen so there is a small herniation made for this placement.
Dr. Eid told me that this takes about 4-6 weeks to resolve. I believe that, as with any hernia, any pressure exerted by coughing, sneezing, lifting, bending, etc. will aggravate this region and somewhat tend to slow the ultimate healing, as well as create some pain and burning sensation along with tenderness and possibly some swelling.
I am very physical as well and anxious to get back to workouts but I am trying to stay cognizant of the area and refrain best I can for now.
I had my procedure 12/6/23, 10 days ago.
