I had a pretty bad issue with this the first 6 months after implant. It gradually started getting noticeable better around 6 months and by 10-12 months was a rare occasion! I know this topic has been discussed a good bit, but I’m hoping to get some insight and advice to my situation. I haven’t posted about this because my sexual adventures have been sporadic with different women not really seeing them more than twice.
Recently, I have begun to see a young lady a bit more often and things have really been progressing towards a relationship. She does not know I’m implanted, but I did tell her I had surgery on my scrotum from an accident. I explained that is lowered my sensitivity for being able to ejaculate.
I have now had sex with her 5xs with no luck. The only time I have been able to cum was by finishing myself with my hand. I did have one other woman that was able to get me off by oral.
I did not have a problem cumming before the surgery.
I’m starting to panic a little bit because this is really important to be able to finish.
I’m wondering if this is in my head or the sensitivity or probably a combination ?
I’m 6 months post op so I know it may take longer to get to the place I want to. I’ve been taking daily cialis and this has seemed to help a little.
I’ve heard of people say try trimix gel? Is this something I could get Dr. Clavell to prescribe or would I have to find a local urologist ?
Any other suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

I have battled this issue before and after implant. In my case its a mental thing. I tried fillers thinking a thicker dick would help, it did for 6 months, and maybe still helps. I tried no porn, all sorts of “natural “ vitamins and of course the standard prescription vigra Cialis.

I still have this issue once in a while. The thing that helped the most was getting in better shape, strength and lungs. Then I started masterbating to the female body instead of some fantasy. The last thing that helped, more sex. If you know 4 sure when i go to bed my wife will give it up happily, thats made the biggest difference, a fun loving wife who is dtf. I am highly interested in this subject and would love to hear from others who have had success .

You make a great point about masterbating to the female body instead of other things. I have watched a good bit of porn in the past which I think could be contributing to the problem. One of my New Year’s resolution is to give up porn.

I still masterbate, but i try to limit it to playboy or girls i find attractive vs situational porn, ie step mom etc…. My mind kept focusing on a kink vs the act itself. Giving up porn all together helped a little bit, i think what helped the most was retraining my brain to get excited about the female form through masterbation/soft core porn.
