Wolf,

You’re the ideal person to compare both implants, given that you’ve had the same size for both. Please keep us posted on your experience, especially regarding the girth and length once you’ve been cleared to inflate and cycle. Your update on how it compares to the Titan will be really valuable. By the way did you get the new Tenacio pump?

Additionally, when you’re ready, it would be great if you could share your thoughts on the following:

1. The stiffness of both implants
2. The number of pumps each requires to reach full erection
3. Any differences in sensitivity when fully erect

Thanks in advance for your insights!
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

After the implant there was a coil of tubing in my scrotum, literally 360 degrees, I knew this wasn't supposed to be and I convinced the doctor to remove some of it. (He's a reputable high volume uro). There still is apparent tubing that I would say is like yours in the picture. I was a grower (not a shower) so I have wavy cylinders when I'm deflated, I have always been unsatisfied that I can't have a flaccid penis, it always wants to stick a little forward, but the sex is great. The reservoir can be uncomfortable in pants, it rubs the scrotal skin against underwear. I don't think I'm offering anything here except to say, I assume that some tubing is going to be noticed. Where else would it go? You didn't have tubing with a Titan? I'm small, 15 + 2, had lost some size during ED, but it works!

What do you mean by 'having wavy cylinders' when you're deflated? Does it look or feel weird?

Wolfpacker, a few questions for you:

1. I'm curious if your penis was on the thinner side? I feel like it's more likely to get dog ears that are uncomfortable with a titan if one's penis is thinner, but I'm not sure if that bears out. Do you think you are in this category?

2. Did your girth end up decreasing after the switch to AMS?

3. When you had a titan, if for example you spooned your partner after sex in the deflated state, do you think she would have noticed the dog ears poking her? What about now with the AMS? Being able to go undetected when doing this is super important to me.

Thank you.

I truly like the LGX much better than the Titan I originally had, my wife says it is more natural feeling to her. I have the original MS pump, did you get the Tenacio? I do know the MS pump seems smaller than the Titan felt like, but they say the Tenacio is much easier to operate and slightly larger.

I thought titan has the smaller pump. Tenacio has a longer neck but is it actually bigger?

I did not receive one but was hoping to, but what I have read is that they are all about the same size. I Think the Titan beats it out being slightly smaller by what I have read.

Hakky does a comparisons here of different pumps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5Q-5zdSdD8

The new Tenacio is smaller and comparable to titan OT in size. Hopefully it's more reliable and addresses any auto inflation issues.
