Couldn't agree more. All surgeries have risks and the outcomes are also patient specific. With high volume surgeons, they've gotten smarter dealing with any complication as a "1% problem".

Yeap, i read many times on this forum people who got some issue and the answer was "it happens 1% of the times". Even myself, i have floppy glans and the Dr told me it happens to 1% of patients.

If you start adding all the 1% problems. 1% of people get infection, 1% floppy glans, 1% pump failure, 1% leak, etc etc, i would guess way more people have problems than the oficial statistics seem to indicate

The pellets are something you pop into the head of the penis to enlarge the glans apparently.
Can't source them at the moment anyways.

I'm in contact with my insurance company about trying to get cover for another surgeon outside of the country so we'll see how that goes.

If I can get any cover I'll go straight to Dr. Clavell and see if he'll do an online consultation

when you touch your glans, or the shafts laterally where the cylinders are, in your opinion where do you touch the end of the tips, make a mark on the photo you posted and repost it, you can clearly see that the tips do not reach the glans, from that photo you can you see that the implant reaches the beginning of the glans, fully inflated it should reach half of the glans for an excellent result

Sorry I thought I had replied to this.

The first line is the top of my glans.
The middle where I feel the rods and the last the end of the glans.

It's definitely in the glans but definitely not in far past the end. He said the anatomy of everything inside is different for each person. Some go in all the way and others can't go in that far. I'm not an expert so I have no idea.

Based on what everyone is telling me in here I need to get a second opinion. This is problematic for me because I can't source anything through insurance outside of the country at the moment.

I am waiting on a call back from the insurance company this week.

Although you have a beautiful foreskin, it doesn’t show how your dickhead “flops”.
Do you have a pic with the glans exposed? I’m also, implanted, and my glans doesn’t get fully engorged, but if I remember correctly, it’s still the same rigidity as before
I would like to see and actually touch a floppy head for perspective

Are you able to fold your foreskin back at all? Looks like you were implanted with a 16cm + 1cm implant... what is your pre-op and post-op size? in my super unprofessional opinion, if it flops down like that it probably means the tip is not extended far enough to support the rest of the corpora body.

If your implant reaches mid glans, then maybe you were not badly positioned. Can you take a picture with your foreskin back? And point to where the cylinder ends.

My cylinder does not go inside the glans at all.

the tips are there at the end of the glans even when flaccid, the left side of the penis hurts, immediately under the glans up to the middle of the shaft, I am not circumcised, since I got the implant my glans is outside the foreskin, which is also annoying it
