What your doctor says about erosion in malleable??

If it erodes I’d just get another malleable

By erosion I think he meant pressure atrophy of penile tissues, not the malleable itself.

I’m not sure about that

I didn’t discuss erosion, I didn’t discuss IPP as I prefer Malleables as they are more reliable

I wouldn't paint a broad brush. I also had a hunch about routine undersizing of rod diameters (11 mm instead of 13 mm in 99% of Indian YouTube surgery videos). Not sure if it leads to fewer post-op pain complaints and benefits the surgeon that way with less angry WhatsApp messages about pain during recovery. It's easier to just say "11mm is the maximum I could go for your anatomy". Sizing enthusiasts, however, will be deeply upset.

I agree. I think size is important for personal satisfaction. My inspiration to get a malleable were TheDriver and JH2007. They seemed happy with their device.

Yes. I will take a 13 mm rod and endure the recovery pain for a year. I don't want a swift recovery at the expense of an undersized rod diameter.

Almost all men can fit a 13 if the surgeon extends the corporotomy (cuts into the corpora with scissors to extend it)

I wonder if 11mm is really much less girth than 13mm, I mean it’s just 2mm

For a 27cm long rod, 2 mm reduction in each side will lead to a 20 cc loss in rigid volume.

Axial rigidity is also lost by diameter undersizing. Lower diameter rods buckle with less force.

I like the idea of Dr. Perito from one of his MTP episodes - size aggressively but not oversize.

A 27cm malleable is freaking hung. Congrats!

22cm titan is great too! My other family members all have titans and ams, titan 28 and ams 24+4! Implanted in the USA.

You all have huge penises in your family! Just out of curiosity, why your family members have been implanted? Hard flaccid too?

You also mentioned that now your penis flaccid is 6.5 and erect 7.5, the added inch is because your remaining tumescence? Because since the prothesis is not inflatable it should not change the size
32yo, VL from birth. Implanted in 2020 with AMS CX by Gabriele Antonini. Pump stopped working after three months, replaced with new pump that stopped working again. Complete revision Titan Touch 24+1 implanted by Dr.Eid. Titan failed in October 2023.

What your doctor says about erosion in malleable??

My center of excellence doctor's exact words when I sent a DM about malleable erosion:

"Malleables are a good option, however, the risk of erosion varies for each patient. I've seen cases where patients have had malleables for 25 years without any erosion, and others where the implants eroded within a year and needed removal."

Sticking to masturbation using realistic textures cannot be understated! :D
