I have a Rigicon ..and all this concern on how stiff it is compared to other implants seems pointless. If your able to penetrate and use it then everything else is a moot point is it not?
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

I'm leaving for first consult in a couple of hours.
Nervous like never before. Not even first HALO Jump or first Night Op diving below 140 ft made me like this.
I've done research for 6 months after finding out this was an option for me/us.
In my 6 years with Recon, my wife endured several waits for my return. My goal is to give both of us "normalcy" in our retirement. I taught and coached for 34 years after 4yr enlistment and 2year extension. She paid back then...I want everything I can do for her now.
ED for ten years. Atrophy clearly evident. Tried mostly everything over the last 2 years. She's lovingly said "It really doesn't matter-I'm here for you forever.."
I'm a "lucky sonofab____" to have her in my life. Only our skills, a little luck, and God brought us home every time-some great guys couldn't make that trip over the years....
So! moving on.
What should I know from your experience (intense)? What should I ask the doctor? What can I expect?
67 yrs old
First serious consult: 9/10/2025
married 47 years to same beautiful lady
need questions answered soon

Yes and no. I mean if your only criteria are “Can I stick it in and get off” then sure, it doesn’t matter. But that’s kind of the bare minimum men want from their sex lives.

How hard is it? How much girth? Does it look good to me and her? Is she happy with it? Can I use any reasonable sex position? How comfortable is it to walk around with when not in use? All of there are questions most men have and care about. If nothing matters to you other than being able to stick it in, that’s great. But don’t discount other concerns men have about their sex lives and how they will be impacted by the answers to these kinds of questions.

Yeah, and you already know it'll only last a year, and day in and day out you'll CONSTANTLY be worrying with fingers crossed!! IPP's are horrible and no one should get one!!!

I guess I should repost since my posting about it making no difference on stiffness has opened a discussion on it. I have a Rigicon .. I have not found anything I can't do with it .. although aal sex with some partners if can be bent trying to get penetration. But in the end it's not a deal breaker plus using a condom makes it even trickier to get it in while attempting anal. After a year I hardly notice I have it unless I get it in a bind in my underwear. It's not hard to hide although each persons anatomy would make a difference. The member thedriver has had his which is a genesis brand and from his postings he and his wife are quite active with it and I don't think he has found anything he can't do with it. Each model ... brand ..type ..has it's pros and cons for sure .. But most should keep in mind these things are being implanted in mid 60 year old men. I'm sure there is an exception to the rule but I doubt many are having sex as often as they were in their 30's. And unless a man has had different types and brands he has nothing to compare it to. Thedriver had 4 failed IPP's before he went with an MPP.

Hey easymoney, appreciate the breakdown. Something I’m curious about - if your Rigi10 is still difficult to bend, is stowing it in pants uncomfortable for you still? I know you mention you hardly notice you have it (unless you have a bind in your underwear), do you feel the challenge of stowing it has gotten easier for you even though bending it has been an issue?

Let me know if my question makes sense.
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.
