Just got implanted. Questions for people who remember what post-op feels like

Hi, it's premature to discuss measurements. After few months of cycling, I will. From what I seen, most with Eid seem to say they either didn't lose size, or didn't lose much.

In reference to my last post, here are the photos of what looks like dry skin peeling and dried up blood today.

For what it's worth, the skin issue reminds me of having facial cellulitis a few years ago. The stretching of the skin from an "abnormal" condition results in the drying and cracking as it heals. For me, the instructions were to clean my face with something like Cetaphil and apply a good, non-allergenic lotion. Given your condition and place of irritation, always check with your doctor. It does go away.

If you guys don't mind, please help by sharing your size difference while deflated and inflated, and if you have the titan or AMS. Can help to understand what range of size difference is usual. Unsure but I think my size while deflated increased a bit faster than while inflated:
While inflated and aroused today, size is 5.6".
3 days post op while deflated, size is 4.15" (don't think I was left partially inflated but I'll ask Eid.). 4 weeks later today while deflated, 4.5".
Followed instructions to deflate to avoid auto-inflation, so is this just tissue stretching? Due to the semi-erection, I feel I can orgasm while deflated now. As we spend most our lives in a deflated state, I might have liked AMS slightly more. Heard it's more comfortable in the deflate state.

I am just about 6 months in. I have a 18cm Titan narrow base with 1 and 1.5 tip extenders. At 1 month, pumped to a point of pain, I was 5.5 inches long and 4.5 in girth. Now I am a hair over 6 inches long and 5 in girth. I can still pump to a point of discomfort which makes me wonder if I'll gain anymore?? I definitely lost some size from my younger self, but blame that on waiting over 10 years after prostate cancer to get my implant.
I've found orgasm easier and sex in general is better at about 90% inflated. It feels more natural and allows more blood to engorge the head. I still pump it to the max to cycle once or twice a day.
I also had some itchy outbreaks. It didn't happen until 2 months after implant. It was on my belt line and I thought it was shingles. I went to my family doc and he said it was dermatitis but had no explanation of cause. It took about a month to get better but I've had a couple smaller outbreaks since. I'm sure it's a reaction to the antibiotics on the implant because nothing else changed that would cause random dermatitis.
