If injections work ok for you. Then feel free to continue them. But just be aware that the odds are quite high that at your age you'll outlive their effectiveness. When/if that happens you only have two choices. Celibacy or an implant. There is a very small chance that another non invasive ED treatment might show up but I haven't heard of any in development.
So at that point in time, if celibacy doesn't appeal to you. You'll have to accept that while implants are good, even excellent in some perspectives. They do have some things you'll need to adjust to. Most men find these to be minor & their overall implant satisfaction is quite high.
Don't dwell on the minor things.

I am well aware of outliving the effectiveness of injections. Quite honestly, I am still not entirely won over by injections. Yes they do give me a great erection but I just hate the logistics of using them. Namely, they are a hassle to use on dates and I am not too crazy about their storage requirements. Also I have already had a few failed injections. But I am new to this so perhaps I just need more practice.

The funny thing is that people tell me to stick with the injections since they do work. But then on the other hand, I also hear many guys say they wish they did the implant earlier. :)
51 yo in NYC. Viagra no longer reliable after 15 years of use. I have just started trying Trimix injections (July 2021). Papaverine: 18mg, Phentolamine: 0.6mg, Prostaglandin: 5.88ug
