Lack of engorgement

The lack of engorgement may be due to injury to the corpus spongiosum. Can anything be done to improve this? Or are there any treatments or surgeries that could help?

I literally have hardly any sensation in my penis at all and because the glans and corpus spongiosum do not engorge either, I’m getting no pleasure from sex. I also cannot ejaculate.
