Since a pic tells more than 1000 words I thought it makes sense to post a pic from my erect penis. Although it does feel not 100% like a natural erection I‘m relatively happy with the result. As far as I can tell, I haven't lost any length but rather gained more length. Most important is to make Sport and stay lean.

It’s different since since the implant OP I have two plastic cylinders in my penis. You feel that. And once it’s pumped you just feel it’s not your own cavernous body filling with blood. But it’s good as it is.

My partner is my wife and of course she knows. But she says it feels good and not artificial.

However, as I said before, having sex with a partner who is not informed about the implant will for sure feel that something is different when she grabs or sucks your balls. The pump cannot be overseen. She’ll feel it. It’s like a marble. But also here: Not an issue, since the implant is a compromise, not perfect but it works and that’s all that counts.

Thank you so much for answering. Its clear that the pump Will be noticeable... But maybe I can make up some excuse for It.

I am in my twenties and without a partner... So i can not tell it easily.

After quite some time, I’ll give a quick update.

Implantation now 2 years ago (25 months). All I can say, after suffering from ED more than 15 years, I have the best sex in my live - ever. Period.

It’s great to have reliable sex every time I want and as long as I want. Feeling and orgasm is stronger than ever.

If I don’t have sex, I only inflate 1-2 times per week, that’s enough. Masturbating without inflation, it’s big enough for that in „flaccid“ state.

Yes, we all know, these implants can break, sometimes even early. But even if this breaks today, I don’t regret doing this step because the last 2 years were just awesome. I feel sorry for all „normal“ guys having only normal sex :D

If it breaks, just get a revision and move on.

Reclaiming sexual life is not a choice it's a must..and thank you for not denying failures happen early..
But i don't agree with the idea of revisions are ok for many reasons one of which is listed below.

What exactly is your mission here? You’re only ranting against implants. This is the only content you post. What’s the point? Everyone knows they will break. Accept it or not. If not, don’t get an implant.

What is your own experience of having an implant? How many years do you have your implant already?

This looks like a clear case of forum-bias btw..

My mission is to warn penile implant candidates that reality doesn't align with beneficiaries' claims so that they better be prepared for it....maybe you are mentally prepared while others are not at ease with living finger crossed on daily basis...others might benefit from having a mpp...others have to arrange finances for very possible near revisions...others might be devasted when their expectations are not met.... Also it's an effort to force companies not to trade with our dicks as they do..for instance coloplast won't fix its' shitty tubings unless their propaganda takes a hit...I think the objective is clear...no improvement could ever come from arselicking.

And tell me how me having an implant is relevant to the discussion??? Very superficial...

Also I don't adopt the false dichotomy of “either implants are great so we should get one” or “they’re crap so we shouldn’t.” There’s a third option: the implant industry needs serious reform—and a candidate still needs to get implanted....again you persuming any attempt of appraisal is a form of this false dichotomy is again very superficial.

Ok. Interesting.

So you don’t have any experience with having an implant yourself (at least that’s what I read between the lines in your post). And it seems you don’t have interest in getting one.

So what is your motivation to come to this board and only rant against implants and spam this in every thread? Honest question.

It’s a very evident behavior and a clear pattern in your posts.

People are aware that the devices can and will break. And there are many who accept this. Including myself. The past two years were the best in my life. And yes, it gives you super power. If you never experienced this yourself, you are not able to join the implant discussion.

Again. If it breaks today, I won’t regret it a bit.
