Usually some can not engorge their gland and they think the implant is too small. If there is no floppy head and implant rods reach the gland, it means the implant is the right size. Whatever you get from gland engorgement is the plus. One can help gland engorgement by using ED medications or pumps....etc. Gland engorgement does not make a huuuuge difference in post implant size.

you guys says that the implant size will be equal to penile stretched length, so when you stimulate your penis your glans will engorge and your penis will become the same length it was before surgery no?

If the implant is done correctly yes.

Since surgeons are humans just like us they frequently screw up, but usually do the best they can. If he or she had a bad night last night and they "can't get it out of their mind," though, keep your fingers crossed. Two out of my three implants turned out perfect. The odds are on our side. Go with it expecting the best. You'll probably get it.

i measured my glans engormeten, it goes from 4cm to 4,5cm so glans engorgement is only 0,5cm. i havent got the implant yet and i can achive erections of 80%

I'm satisfied but I did loose some length. I did however gain in girth. I am thankful for what I did end up with but wish there was more. I may add that my wife is very satisfied. And that, to me, is a lot of what it's all about.
