Pleasurable Sensations as We Age: Intercourse vs. Solo

There is more to sex than an erect penis. How do you maintain your sexuality both for yourself and for your partner? What techniques do you use to give both of you a great, satisfying sex life? How do you explore your own body and sexuality now that the rules have changed?

Of course, I also notice a lessening of Glans sensitivity.
And the penis has not been really hard for some years now. Good that there is the masturbation because the erection is still enough. , Unfortunately, I sometimes have to stop masturbation because of the now lower sensitivity, although emptying would be enjoyable. Today I tried to stimulate my glans with a jet of water and an electric toothbrush and almost felt nothing. :D

Bro. Try deep meditative stroking very relaxed WITH NIPPLE PLAY very relaxed. Your nipples are connected to your prostate and glans of your penis.

You can learn to make your nipple so erogenous that you can orgasm almost instantly with nipple play and glans play. Read Steve and Vera Bodanskys book, INSTANT ORGASM available on Amazon.

Get going. Time is wasting.
74 years young GYMRAT. Married 48 years. On cialis 5mg daily. Into MMOs, prostate orgasms, and ruined orgasms to help erectile health. Thinking of an implant. Monogamy is good for a man.

Yes, slow stroking, nipple play and lube up your ass and try massaging your prostate if you still have it. Also, Aneros!

I haven't had a single erogenous feeling or thought since my stroke in 1995. Not how I'd prefer to be, but when there is no alternative, well...
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is.
