First office visit

No Joy! Injected 35 Units last evening, Nothing. Inserted needle (0.5ml, 1/2 inch, 29 gauge), almost completely, started pushing plunger and experienced alittle stinging, withdrew needle barely and pushed plunger again, no sting. Any ideas as to why I got the stinging sensation?
I'll wait till mid week and try 40 Units. If nothing with 40, I'll be contacting my Doctor and see what he thinks/suggests.

Matt, just my own take on subject, but my preference is 5/16 cause I don't want to do that. My personal opinion is that you my have hit urethra. Ouch. From what I read in here a lot of guys don't bury a 1/2 inch needle unless there well endowed. I plump, but still not comfortable with the bigger needle. Did you plump up before you stuck it in? If your ok with needle size and plump, I would leave a little of needle showing. Just my opinion, someone else might have a different one, according to what there comfortable with. I'm doing 40 tonight, we'll see what happens.. GL and becareful.

I thought you'd previously reported success with that volume of meds. If so I'd have to say you missed the sweet spot. As Leebert said, if using 1/2" needles I don't insert the needle all of the way. In my experience, unless you get that burn, if the plunger depresses easily you're probably in the right spot.

bldoink, No success yet. started with 10 Units in Dr. Office, no luck, he said go 25 next try and go with 5 Unit increases. Next try will be 40 Units. Not losing hope yet.

I 2nd this (just from my non-expert experience). Doctor gave me 1/2" needles but I saw no reason to use that unless you're really big down there. 30-31G 5/16" needle works, and I believe tissue damage is minimized to use something smaller.

I could use some feedback on injection site, I'm injecting now about from base of shaft up 1/3 . Does it work better elsewhere below the 1/2 way line? Was thinking of even closer to base or closer to mid line?

My doctor told me anywhere near the side (2-3PM or 9-10AM) of the penis (not including the side of the head I assume). From there, it's a good idea to take a look at where there are less veins and rotate those areas to inject. So far so good.

I'm sure I probably hit or inject into veins occasionally because I have so many veins and it's sometimes hard to see, but I'm not overthinking it. Wouldnt be an offered treatment if it wasn't considered safe to hit/inject into veins once in awhile.

Man that hard on got close at 40 units.could have maybe got er done with that, but momma still holding out for the hammer.constant stimulation tho, maybe 80 - 85 percent. After solo, ugh, went down to stiff semi, stayed that way for an hr and I told myself that this is probably a bad idea, but took it back up to 70 percent to go another solo.went down to flaccid fairly quick after. Now my next dillema is to get it to the rock would be either 43-45 units is probably my gold, but, my next refill will be stronger. I mentioned to uro 30/ 2 . Where do I start with that, I don't think he will tell me that. I contact him threw message. I'll see what he writes it for and try to figure out. Probably going to want to at the least cut in half I think. Any input ( non professional of coarse)?

Not in the best position to give advice on that until I gain more experience but from advice gathered, I can say to always have Pseudoephedrine/sudafed (fast acting one over the counter, 60-120mg if hard on doesn't go down after 2-3hrs) and Diphenhydramine HCl/benadryl (25-50mg I think after 2-3hrs) on hand.

Supposedly, the advice is to call doc or go to ER after 4 hrs, but I was fine the one time I had a hardon for 5hrs-5hrs30min. The hard on wasn't painful at all, maybe because it wasn't super hard. I think priapism can only be an emergency if it's painful after 4 hours from 1 source I read, but I'm unsure. So I wasn't super concerned to go to ER at the 4hr mark.

Thx for long. I have read up on that. I don't think it will be a problem and I do have psuedefed.wont be able to do again until wkend as I'm will be waiting for new refill, we'll see, I'll probably cut dose in half. Thx
