Last evening my implant received its first operational use. I was a bit nervous about it since I was only cleared for actual use on Tuesday. Results: It worked great. The reduced girth was noticeable, but all-in-all it worked like my original equipment used to work--I just need to relearn a few things. AND, I might have had just a little bit too much wine earlier in the evening. But the spontaneity was back! And there was no pain as there had been from using TRIMIX and also no lingering erection for up to three hours afterwards.

I am still very excited about how things are going and my recovery from the surgery.

Great news!
I did not try yet :(. Hopefully soon.

Using your new equipment

I have tried pumping up my cock before my wife and I have sex. I also have tried pumping it up after we get in bed during foreplay. I will have to say when things get hot and heavy I dont like stopping to pump up my cock. We both decided that I will pump my cock up and be ready for action prior to getting in bed. It’s pretty close to everything being natural because I try to make the best of it. At least I know I have a working hard cock that I can’t fuck as long as I want to with no surprises. We just accept what we have and are thankful.

From my perspective, although I've only used it once so far, the new bionic cock is better than deciding to have sex and having to get out of bed, go downstairs to the refrigerator to get the Trimix, prepare the shot and inject, then get back into bed. I can pump up in bed with a few pumps and be ready for action. I'm loving my new equipment.

Hopefully my final follow-up.

I saw my doctor again yesterday, 5 weeks and 4 days after implant surgery. He cleared me for everything--including riding my bike! I am cycling my MS Pump twice per day and he said that I should continue that for as long as I feel it is beneficial. I feel great and the new equipment works great. I am already very comfortable with it and have adjusted to the feeling of the pump in my scrotum. I am lucky in one respect in that by having one testicle removed during the implant surgery, there is plenty of room for the pump.

I asked him a few questions--like where is the reservoir? He pointed out the location and I have to admit--I could not tell that it was there. I suspected it, but have not had any pain or other feeling associated with the operation or placement of the reservoir.

I had a question about the pump, and how much more I can pump after the bulb goes hard--he assured me that I won't break it or the tubing by adding a few more small pumps to continue to increase my girth and length. I am getting about 10 pumps right now--which makes it perfect for use. I have been adding a few more squeezes during cycling to expand girth and length. He said that unless I used vise grips, I probably could not break the pump or implant--and I reminded him that that would not be fun since my scrotum is in the way. We laughed.

I got on my studio cycle yesterday after the appointment and did a workout--but had to end early because my penis went numb, cold, and a bit blue--I need to make some adjustments--but those were expected. I will see how it goes this afternoon. I am trying to get back into shape to begin cycling outdoors as soon as the weather is nice.

I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I do have experience now and gain more each day. I am willing to share my experiences with anyone who has questions. And I will be commenting on other threads as I believe I can help or clarify. I send a big Thank-you to the guys on the board who have supported me through this time. You all are great. This is truly a special group of guys who mutually support each other and I am happy to be a part of it. It is life-changing.

Thank you Bob, you have been through a lot and chose to be tough and fix stuff and not be a victim.

Bob, you may want to change your saddle to one without the front part so it doesn't put pressure in the perineum as much. I hear a lot of bike riders with implants usually change their saddle on their bikes after their implant.

Hey RJ, I had an epididymal cyst removed as well as well as a vasectomy about 3 days ago. The left testicle with the cyst removal is much more tender than the other. Some some of the discomfort you may have down there is definitely from that. With that said, its amazing you mention so little pain!

My doctor was amazed at the low level of pain that I had. He told my wife not to expect too much out of me for two weeks, but I went back to work after 10 days with no problems and only very minor discomfort. I believe the ice routine I followed was the key to the success because it minimized the swelling.
