14 days post op. Can someone please relate with the burning I get after cycling the implant? It burns so bad I’m afraid to cycle and just want to let it heal more. Is that a good idea or endure the pain?

I had some pain when cycling at first. I started cycling at 15 days (appointment to activate was a day after my 14 day post-op waiting period). I could go slightly less than full and it didn't hurt much. After a while most of the pain was gone. I still at 17 months later get some pain in the sides of my dick and right in front of my tips in the glans if I keep pumping after the bulb gets fairly hard. I have stopped "CYCLING" for the stretch and only inflate to the level of hardness I want, but for my wife and me the level is quite high (I flex a little too much with her unless I put those extra few pumps in).

Yes, there is some pain, some pressure, some burning if you inflate beyond a certain level. Learn that level and go just to the level and maybe a little more and stop there during each cycling event and you should be fine. I work by the motto, "No pain, no gain". If there's some degree of discomfort, it's still finding room to stretch out.

Thank you for the response and advice I will work on it! Day 15 today I go back to work standing seven hours I’ll see how that goes? One thing I have noticed is after I urinate I can always count leaving a P spot on my pants I don’t know why that is it didn’t happen before.

Another member here said he waits about twenty seconds after the pee stops flowing (keep bladder open during that time), then does five hard kegel contractions (pelvic floor contractions) to squeeze out as much as possible before stowing it. I go an extra step by blotting the tip with toilet paper or even wiping it off with my finger before saying I'm done.

Day 16 post op. Went to work standing today and the inside of my legs hurt so did my penis in underwear and pants. Cycling now for 15 mins but, still stings! I’ll take the advise about the urination thank you. I must say it is looking pretty good and I can’t wait to use it.

@Waynetho:

I thought I might be the only guy to wipe off any moisture/urine from the urethral area of my dick after peeing with one or two sheets of toilet tissue. I dont do this at public urinals, but if I am at home or my office, I do like to wipe the tip of my dick off and get that dry cleaner feeling after using it. Guess we men are all somewhat similar in many ways.

I do that also. Makes a world of difference in my opinion. Actually, I wipe the entire head & under the glans.

Day 17 post op. Went to work and standing hurt my lower mid area a lot. I’m now cycling for 20 mins and tonight I’m trying to get more pumps in to see how big it can get? It still stings from time to time!

Day 17 post op. Pain and discomfort are better and starting to get around. Been working on cycling and last night I wanted to see how big it would get and I pumped it all the way I could. I was erect and hard but, I have to say I’ve lost length! Maybe not a lot but even the girth is less. I pumped all the way so I hope they cycling and stretching maybe I can get this to a satisfactory status. I also hear a lot of folks talking about pain during sex at first. Is that what I have to look forward to?

Day 18 post op. Starting to walk around feeling no pain still having uncomfortable wearing pants and the burning sensation down there. Cycling has becoming a lot easier!
