I have a slight bend also apparently one of my implants was unable to make it all the way to the top as the other one was but when I inflated it, it’s pretty straight. I am about 20 days post surgery.

Day 51

Pain comes and goes but is generally manageable. Masturbation works but I need to be careful particularly at the tip there are intense burning sensations. Using a flleshlight turned out to be an exercise in incredible pain, would not recommend. I hope the pains leave soon.

The bend still persists and the only answer I have from my surgeon is that it is “unusual”. I hope he will elaborate soon.

Penis generally feels kind of uneven and very clearly nonnatural, I have no idea how allegedly women cannot tell, it feels nothing like a real dick. I don’t think I’m super worried about it because of the types of women I date, but if I was worried about it, I think I would be really worried.

I can inflate to Max until nothing goes, but oddly I feel like I could pump more but the pump will let me. Maybe this changes the time.

Another thing that is happening is that overtime the implant auto inflates to about 40% even if I press all the liquid out of the penis. It’s not a crazy problem but it is noticeable, largely because I would leave the house fully deflated and during workout class, I would get a bulge. I can probably live with that if it stays that way, but I will have to find a bunch of clothes.

On the sizing front, still about a centimetre off length but I have gained girth; 14 cm instead of 13 cm… Not sure whether this will make a lot of difference to feelings but it’s nice that they were some benefits.

All in all still positive presuming that there is a solution to the left bend and the pain starts subsiding.

As someone starting the process to get an implant it’s a little worrisome with you saying it doesn’t look to pass as natural. I hope that’s something that improves with time: I’d be mortified if it didn’t look natural to women

It’s not so much about looks rather than feel - it looks more or less fine. But it feels crinkly when not inflated and artificial when fully pumped, might be okay if she’s in the moment, but I would say she will definitely notice overtime. At least if she uses her hand or mouth.

I just got around to reading your entire journal.
I have some questions.
Which implant and what sizes are the cylinders.
Was the surgery Pubic or scrotal.

All-in-all, I don't believe you had a good experience with your surgeon.
Still having any pain at all isn't normal to me.

I had a very mild discomfort from where my surgeon put the reservoir through the wall, but it healed nicely.
I'd really want an answer to why you have a bend and never had one previously.

It's a bit late, but it would help to fill out a signature for others to see.

3 month update!

I thought I would give an update where I am three months from surgery:

Pain levels
Pain still exists on a low constant burning level. Depending on how I lie or sit it gets worse or slightly better definitely a lot more after masturbation or sex. Bearable though, and I hope it will leave.
The exception is when I have intense hard animalistic primal sex – I had to tap out and it hurt for quite a while afterwards, but I think I pushed to the max of what anyone could handle to be honest.

Curve
I’m still curved and I have not heard anything from my surgeon other than it will probably leave with time. The curve has become slightly better, but it is still very noticeable. When filling for the tubing, I think it’s slightly off once I crinkles a lot more than the other and I guess I have to wait until the checkup in April.

Size
So weirdly, I seem to have gained both length and girth. It’s not constant and it seems to depend on arousal level, but even if I measure conservatively I have definitely grown compared to before. Considering that it’s unlikely that I have stretched, I have to assume that this would’ve always been my size, but the venous leak has prevented me from actually ever getting there even at the best of times.
I am now 18 cm length and 14 cm and a bit in girth.
I had to actually upgrade condom sizes because the normal ones I had before no longer fit me. I’m assuming that’s because I lost a bit of erection before putting them on and also never got to full size. I have to admit I did feel good buying “large“ - not something I thought I’d do, as I thought I was on the smaller end.

Feeling
I would say it’s a mixed bag. I think technically the sensation has become better, particularly when fully pumped, but because any sexual activity still hurts to some degree, I haven’t actually orgasmed with a partner. I hope this will improve with time, but the fully pumped extension seems to increase sensation which is nice.

Partners
Because I am pretty open about the surgery and the people I sleep with are within the Kink scene, I don’t really have any issues with them knowing. Responses rage from curiosity to delight. The woman I’m currently seeing is a huge fan of pumping it to where she wants her to be.

Self-confidence
I found this has made a surprising difference. I feel now I can go anywhere and not disappoint. This has made dating, as well as going to kink parties a lot more relaxed for me, and it seriously helped me get over my social anxiety around dating and approaching women.
While that’s not the surgery alone, as I have made some changes mentally, it’s definitely contributing to me being the best version of me ever.

TLDR:
While there’s still some pain and a bit of a worry around the shape (there is a strong bend, and the penis has a shape and base that 100% is not natural to anyone who’s close up), I would definitely say this has been a really good decision and a net positive so far. There is also mild auto inflation over the day but it’s very minor and it doesn’t bother me a lot.

I think it’s the first time that I actually like my cock because I no longer have to associate it with letting me down. It’s really improved how much I like my body and how confident I am.

I wish I had done this at 15 already.
