Hi! just reading about your story.

Some questions.

1- If you are American-Indian. Why did you not do the surgery in America, and also not in India? Singapore seems quite out of the way. Why exactly there?

2- Any chance you post some photos for us to see? I like the benefits of the malleable, but i would probably not be happy about losing more size since i am i think of average size, and i do not want to be below average.

I didn’t want to go back to America all the way, and I spent a lot of time in Singapore. India was pretty dirty..


2- I will but I want to take a photo with it properly engorged looking for a woman to help LOL

I've attended a work conference in Bangalore and spent 60 days there. I loved the people and the spicy food. I still have a valid visa!

My two main concerns in any country would be:
-Do high volume implant surgeons follow the no-touch technique?
-Do they profusely irrigate the corpora and malleable rods with gentamicin and vancomycin?

The issue is it’s difficult to verify what and who and if they did anything during surgery. If anything goes wrong nobody takes accountability and there’s no paperwork or they may make stuff up on the fly. So if your implant goes well, you’re fine. But you won’t really be able to truly trust what size or diameter you got. And if it is placed the wrong way or you’re infected , you’re on your own.

If you are infected in the US, you're still screwed. For example, Dr. Eid or Dr. Hakky are not going to perform device explantation and revision surgery for free, you’re just part of their 0.5-1% complication statistic at this point.

Experiencing a complication in a foreign country is totally fucked up, I agree, especially if the surgeon lacks integrity.

Sizing aggressively and safely definitely requires advanced surgical skills, whereas undersizing and playing it extra safe requires less expertise.

You should go ahead with your Tactra implantation. Don’t worry about bulge and concealment. It’s better someone sees you have a fine bulge than your penis atrophied to a shrimp without a malleable.

Agreed. I am going through with it in a few weeks no matter what. Luckily I haven't had too much atrophy and I started with a reasonably big member (7" max length, around 4.4" girth) so I'm not too concerned with losing size, I just want something that works no matter what.

Really interested in whats the cost of all procedures when someone comes to them from abroad and is unfortunate enough to get infected...I guess I'll just ask them myself as soon as I got the video consultation, but if any of you here know a thing about how infections are being handled for self-payers then sharing this knowledge would be much much appreciated

@IndianRasputin very happy for you and wishing you happy times with your implant. There's TheDongDangler who got malleable recently due to struggling with the same fockin condition (Hard Flaccid). Shame that it's just being recognized these days, and good we're living in times we can handle this one way or another.

IndianRasputin As you stated you can't grantee that what they tell you about size ..infection etc is true ..got news for you it no different here I have found the whole process to be full of smoke and mirrors and 1/2 truths or no truths .. Then when you ask a direct question you get the deer in the headlight look or a change of subject ..

what you are saying is all true, I am experiencing it firsthand, be careful, the implantologists will give you their heart in their hands before taking the money, once they take the money, whatever goes wrong they will disappear, even if it is their fault, they will never admit they were wrong, they are blinded by money

This is very helpful. Thank you, Fidelio. I have listed them for easy reference, organized in two ways: one sorted by year of practice start and the other in increasing order of cost. I have also added current COE status, as it means a "minimum" volume of 25-30 implants/year for a particular brand.

Absolutely. When something goes wrong it all comes back to the almighty dollar.
