XO, I used Dr. Baum in New Orleans who was listed as a center of excellence and said he performed over 3500 implants. I found nothing bad on the internet google search or on frank talk, he has published books and been on Dr. Oz. I live there so thought he must be qualified and would use local. I made a couple mistakes, 1. Going infrapubic, he sold it as faster activation, less infection rate and faster recovery, all false. 2.not going with Kramer or Eid after reading on here. My total out of pocket in 3-months is over 50/K, but feel Kramer worked his magic. He said I should get back the 2" Baum took. The tips of the old implant were not even in the head and his answer was to give me a script for Viagra. The last 90 days have been hell. You and I both had surgery the same day 1-5-17. I hate to tell you this, but I've been really jealous of your pic's knowing that I could have had the same results if I had used a competent surgeon. It was so bad I only tried to have sex once, it was terrible and painful. Anyway, hoping for better days ahead. Saw pics of your lady friends last night, good to see your enjoying yourself again.

Congrats SAM/longdayze...sounds like you'll finally be up and rockin' soon. IMHO, this is a classic example of the sizing problems which appear to be associated w/ infrapubic procedures. From a strictly logical standpoint/watching videos of infrapubic versus penoscrotal approaches, it seems a helluva lot easier for the surgeon to get your sizing and pump placement correct the first time by using the scrotal approach. After reading many horror stories/revisions such as yours which appeared to stem from an infrapubic procedure, there was no question in my mind that I was going to find a surgeon who specialized in the scrotal approach. Dr. Kramer/staff/hospital get rave reviews here for good reason: collectively, they represent the current "gold standard" as to the penile implant procedure...

I agree 100% with you on all aspects your posting: infrapubic approash, sizing, etc. Dr. Kramer said if perfectly in one of his videos: infrapubic is doctor-centered, while penoscrotal is patient-centric. He and his team are truly the gold standard.

I have caught hell from time to time protesting infrapubic. It still sucks no-matter what anyone says.

Hey Sam.....I know we both had surgery on the same day and I thought that was cool and that it would be interesting to compare our progress.....I'm sorry and feel for you that the doctor botched it and then was so indignant about it.....I can't imagine the hardship of lost time and money, along with the pain & aggrevation......the good news is that you went to one of the best for revision and that you didn't have to wait a long time.......before you know it, you'll be back in the saddle with a regained 2" of length and much to look forward to.....I can say this.....you're gonna love it......

Dr. Kramer sent my video link last night. Didn't bother me one bit watching this, and anyone considering a infrapubic approach may want to view as well. Explain to me how any competent doctor could miss the cylinder length by 4cm, my original surgery was done this January. Not only that, if he tested it after implanting the devise wouldn't he have saw the tips didn't reach the glans or even enter the head? Dr. Kramer said this blotch in measuring the cylinders correctly made him scratch his head in wonder.
