Exactly ... that's the way it should be ... very few surgeons would use 5 cm RTE's. (RTE's are only stackable in 1.5 cms)

And Yes ... any measurements made in the office prior are just guesses ... they (the 2 AMS guys) mentioned 18 cm (plus RTE) just because it falls into the national average of guys being in the 5" - 6" (erect) range ...

Either way once Implanted the weight of ED issues is finally lifted ... and you should be able to look forward to a renewed sex life. Enjoy!!!

Is there any information on how much of the implant ins in side of you and not contributing to length? I have don't the stretch test and I am 6 inch. I say that because sometimes it is 6 somethings it 6.5 and some times it is 5.5. Most time it is 6. So an 18 would only give me about and inch inside me doesn't not look like that in the pictures

Well the good old rule of thumb says one third of your total implant length (including any RTEs) will be inside you, and two thirds will be in your dick.

so, i am a bit confused on the sizing. when measuring erect length are you guys talking just to the fat pad or pressed into the bone? i am 7.25 in if i press to the bone, just firmly. this is when i inject. so when an implant is used do they measure that way or just how do they get the exact measurements?

Many factors will go into how much of the implant is in the cruss and how much is outside. Scar tissue,(if any) and the dept of your cruss. Of my 18cm 700 CX with 5.5 in RTEs, more than 1/3 is outside my body. Resulting in a longer erection.

I think we talked a few times over on the injection board. I have been researching and now in the process of an implant now. From what I have learned it really doesn't matter right now what your length is. The doctor will measure you after you are put to sleep. Hopefully if he gets is right you shouldn't loss a thing. Also most doctors will have a company representative in the room to assist in the measurement and to hand the doctor the implant that he choose at that time. I understand that some doctors will inject you ahead of time to get an idea of size. You are one year a head of me on your RP. I am 16 months out and I am getting nothing. Good luck, lot of great information on here.

It all depends on the anatomy of each person it is not true that only 1/3 of the total size of the titan is inside in my case the doctor told me that of my 13.5 cm titan I have 12 in and 11.5 out this will be approximately half towards each side someone else with these results I am concerned about my final length, please comment !!!

If my math is correct, you have a typographical error in your post. You typed "13.5 cm titan I have 12 in and 11.5 out". Shouldn't that be "23.5 cm Titan"?

If so, you have a deeper crus than the typical 1/3 - 2/3 ratio. Count yourself lucky. With a deeper crus, your implant will be held with more stability than with a shallow crus. Try swinging a baseball bat with one hand or with two hands. Your erection will be more stable and likely with a more vertical angle than you would have had with the more typical depth.

Caveat: Remember also that the depth measurements were taken from the incision point. If your surgeon opened your Tunical Albuginea/Cavernosum more distally than most, your that would account for your ration being closer to 1/2 - 1/2 rather than 1/3 - 2/3.

You are absolutely right, it is a 23.5 cm titan the total , now I am very concerned about the outer length, thank you for correcting this mistake just 5 day from implant .
