Don’t know which Penile implant to choose!

I had one Lgx and two Cx. I have grown 1cm with my first Cx. No further grow with Lgx. And now just waiting for activation (brand new implant).
Started with Cx 18+2, then Lgx 18+3, now Cx 21

If I had to choose I may be interrested by a Titan for girth.
The nice thing with Ams is their inhibizone coating.

I thing Cx and Titan are more reliable than Lgx. The only thing Lgx gived me is shorter flaccid, that I didn t like, because always had been a shower. So Cx feels more normal to me, but that is personnal. I think people place much if their hope of lenght gain with a Lgx, but it may lead to erosion or cylinder misplacing in your cavernosae. That is to say when you pump the cylinder push forward but your glans turn around and back. Like if it twist around the cylinder tip.

Sizing is really important, nobody wants to be downsized, but trust me be upsized is also stressfull
