Sorry I still don't know if the pump and tubes are separated from the balls by tissue. If not I assume there'd be issues with the pump hurting balls or tubes messing with them. I could be wrong but that's the impression I got from watching videos on revisions.

Is it cause the body creates a biofilm/tissue around the pump and after that, contact with the twins is not bad? I've seen videos of implant replacement but didn't see any such capsule around the reservoir.

The body often does form barriers around foreign bodies, often via collagen. But I don't think that's happening here.

Scrotum is good.. Pump is sitting perfecly down below for easy access.. Able to pump it all the way up with few pumps( less than 10).. even 5-7 pumps makes it sex ready.. Pump sits next to balls coexist thats why they fight sometimes( pain) but I dont have any pain past several weeks...
