2 months post op update.
Pain after orgasm is still there, and boy is it really bad, If it wasn't for the valium, baclofen compound suppository. I would be in a world of hurt.
Helps to literally go right on a heating pad after having an orgasm. dulls down the pain but i am literally counting down the days to when i can be pain free.

with the exception of that, everything is pretty much going well. My penis has substantially gotten way straighter, Still working on getting my girth back. Still sitting at 5 1/2 inches of girth, hoping to get back to my original 6.5

Also the amount of otc pain killers i was taking gave me an ulcer and a whole slew of issues with my gastrointestinal system. sticking to Tylenol for now, Cannot use any type of NSAID.

pump was stuck to my testicle but the doctor did his magic and it became unstuck. weird feeling when it detached but it didn't hurt.

Yeah stick with it - patience is key. I imagine some of the pain is from muscle spasms during orgasm - you may still have bruising / tenderness on your pevlic floor. I don't know what is involved in the infrapubic approach but it could be that there was more 'digging around' to get things in place than penescrotal. FWIW I'm just at 3 months (tomorrow) post surgery and I am getting to the point where sex doesn't hurt as much - it can still get uncomfortable - but its much better than it was.

Many of us continue to VED after surgery ( well after) to gain back the allusive girth. Be patient this time next year you going to be superman. You are our poster child brother- you got this.

Any tips of how to use the ved with the implant? Do you use it with the implant pumped up? Or do you pump up the bed then pump the implant up? Any tips on what ved device to use?

Before I was some what above 9”. After the surgery I’m sitting at 7.5” my girth is 5.5 when I had about a 6.5 inch girth.

How far into the glans do the cylinder tips reach?

Just make sure you are inflated before using a VED, then don't be to aggressive. It should help you get your size back but nothing more. Be Carful.

I agree w several here. You are still early so be sure you feel very healed before you start ved. My routine for size maintenance: Pump your penis up - do stretching and bending add extra pump as possible.
I use a rechargeable vacuum pump. Its hard to over pump with them.
I have 2.5” base part that is narrow so less likely to suck your balls up. I have a failed gasket that I cut the hole a bit larger this allows to insert with out a bunch of lube, I do put some thick hand lotion around the base of gasket as I don’t shave that area (you got it, don’t shave it! Lol ) I usually pull at a gentle pace for three or 4 minutes. Then release, reset position as needed and make a second pull for five to ten minutes. At this point you can cock ring for further play or release. Repeat another day. Im doing once a week.
Now you should check make sure dr. Is ok with Ved before committing to a vacuum device. Amazon has a lot of them, mine was like 30 bucks works ok.

I can imagine...I think all of us go through the "WTF Have I DONE!?" phase

Patience is going to be key now in getting your size back. I don't know if you'll get back to a 6.5" girth for sure - you may - especially if you have any engorgement going on - but I'm certain you'll get a good portion of it back with the Titan. The size - I'm pretty confident you should get most of that back. You have a LOT of implant to stretch - and it's not going to feel pleasant at times - just stick with it.

Just remember - that at the end of the day functionality is the primary use case here and thats the most important - it'll work on YOUR terms.
