Question regarding how hard is the erection.....

Titans... Seems like you all say you get hard as a rock, or steel rod, pound nails, etc.

AMS.... You say you get hard, but soft on the outside.

In comparison if you can, as to how hard you are not compared to your natural erection?

I am sure the Titan is harder than a natural erection... But is am AMX as hard or harder than a natural erection?
That is my question.

I am hoping someone can give a good estimate.

When pumped to the max, my AMS 700 LGX gets harder than any natural or Viagra-induced erection I've ever had...almost as rock hard as an extreme VED-induced erection...and yes, in a pinch, you could use it as a hammer if necessary When fully deflated, it feels/looks natural/deflates to almost 6 o' clock, although you can always tell that you have some "lead in the pencil" when you hold your penis to urinate. Other than that, I never notice either the pump or the cylinders at this point...feels completely natural...

yes, Eid has an elaborate display model in his office so that you can pump up and compare the two devices -- he is very opened minded and matter of fact and will do what is best for you given your anatomy, age, health and social situation.

Thank you all!!!! Great responses, and yes Tangerine, to each his own. I respect everyone's choice and I know that both implants AMS and Titan are awesome!! That is what makes it difficult.

But now that I know Dr. EID does both, and is open to what we both decide, I feel much better.

And both give great erections. So I will leave that decision up to Dr. EID and myself when that time comes.

I appreciate this site, and the information I can glean from everyone. I don't have to go blind.. just read the posts and ask any question I like.

As you all were... I am nervous about the decision.. so big... difficult.

I am going one more round of injections, new scipt. If nothing else, it will remind me of why I don't like them .

But will make some decision soon.

I agree... Yes... Just have to wait on some remodel in my bedroom so I have a place to recover

But I feel better about it. Dr. EID is my choice, so will fly to New York and get it done.
Just need to get it planned, vacation etc.

I have had ED issues my entire life. Even as a teenager. I don't even know what it would be like to know I can have an erection anytime I want.

I saw a post somewhere, someone said one thing they miss from a natural erection if feeling the surge of blood as the penis became erect. I have never experienced that. It has always taken time to get erect. lots of concentration, stimulation etc.

Time for a change for the positive.

If it makes you feel better, I am 26 and I am probably going to get a Titan via Eid in October or so. Kramer is a close second consideration. But I am hoping my 2018 I will be mostly healed and living as I should.

From a lot of my reading, almost everyone who complains about loss of size, at least in the girth department, has had an AMS. I haven't heard of anyone having had a Titan implanted who lost a significant amount of girth. Usually they would gain girth.

Length would be unaffected by the type of implant.

I have a Titan. Girth is a good 33 - 50% greater, and insanely hard. Length is smaller because of my radical prostatectomy. The implant itself did not reduce the length but it did not increase it either. (Come on Technology!!!)
