great to hear that you are deciding to get healthy......google the 5:2 Diet......it’s not a fad, it doesn’t tell you what to eat and all it requires is some self discipline 2 days out of 7 each week......it produces excellent results and you will be even better in the sack!

On July 20th I weighed 212 lbs, 38 inch waist. I started the 16-8. Now do 18-6. Today I’m 160lbs, 32 inch waist. 65 years old and size I was in high school. And about 1/20 the strength I had lol.

Looking good Waynethro, it took several months before I started noticing added length, I think a lot of was swelling and it takes time.

If I continue on my fitness plan and continue to drop weight I can gain back more length as if really push in I’m about 7”.

Thanks. I was about 7" in 1995 - based only on a masturbation video I did back then, using my hand width and the amount of shaft past my hand when in a down-stroke as a guide to the size. That's my goal but it is probably too long since and I'll have to wait for a longer or expandable revision before it's even possible to achieve.

I may be wrong about not having anymore room in the implant for expansion... I pumped up to cycle today while in the shower and I gave the pump hell with my dominant hand and got some pretty strong pain in the glans, where the tips are. No pain, no gain so I assumed it was maxed out but with today's pain in the tip I think I'm still getting more impossible length expansion from my CX that's only as long as my dick...

Well guys, about 8 months post op. I seem to be getting longer, and according to the wife thicker. She isn't too excited about my PA says she has to get used to again, pretty sure that means I'm bigger than just before surgery.

I'm still getting use to the larger and stiffer flaccid at times I almost feels like I bed my cock like one of those old posable "Gumby" toys also speaking of stiffer staying hard for as long as the wife, and or me have had enough.

Over all glad I did the surgery

I'm pretty proud of this, a one inch gain despite my implant not going much further than the base of my penis (goes about to the pubic bone only). I was pressing the tape hard against the pubic bone in both photos. I still have a pretty substantial fat pad.

I know what you mean about the fat pad... I wish I could afford fat pad removal and a tummy tuck. I had liposuction on my fat pad now I have a lot of floppy skin.

A brief time line about 37 I started having issues getting it up or staying hard to climax. At 40 (2002) started on pills the VA would go back and forth on Viagra. 2005 deployed in support mission tried diet exercise when months without even jerking off, tried to jerk off daily. Had emotional issues with wife upon my return home in 2007, deployed again late 2008 returned home in 2010 ended up getting divorced. Became basically asexual until I realized I wanted sex. Met a great woman tried pills again. 2017 started injections as pills just gave me a headache About 24 months on shots noticed curving in my shaft and it hurt to get hard. Sept 2018 told I had “Peyronie’s Disease. Doctor asked if I had considered an implant to fix both. Tried non surgical treatment with Pentoxifylline until July of 2019 ready for implant scheduled for implant surgery got implanted September 3rd 2019. All my ED treatments where at the VA. So about 20 years before implant

Hey Waynetho and Quester, both of you have CX instead of LGX, may I ask why? Also, in deflate state, is your penis semi-hard or soft? Lastly, do you have kink in shaft of penis?

The doctor felt the CX was a better choice to be honest I didn’t know AMS had 2 different models. But to answer the question it was most likely in my case Peyronie’s Disease.

Since the implant is still new it’s still pretty stiff, I have noticed some of what is called dog ears it’s more my feeling them seeing them. When naked and flaccid it hangs better than before implant. My doctor sized aggressively when inflated I’m as big if not somewhat bigger than before ED.

Right now it’s is stiffer flaccid than before, I can’t compare it to another implant. All I can say is that I like the look of it flaccid as well as when it’s hard

My doctor really didn't give a choice. He said with my size I didn't need a Titan so that was ruled out and he said that he would use whatever was necessary to give the best results in my situation. I asked about the LGX and he said for my situation it wasn't necessarily the best option. I had a lot of calcified PD plaques and fibroses that had to be cleaned up and he said the CX was better to correct my specific issues.

As far as deflated firmness, I don't have any basis for comparison since this is my first implant. When I completely deflate, squeezing out *ALL* saline, it is a floppy noodle (I call it "road-kill" because the cylinders are flat and wide). Right after completely deflating, it will point as near "STRAIGHT DOWN" as is possible with my balls being in the way.

Within about 10 minutes though, my cavernosal tissues start to relax and plump up because they are no longer being compressed by the now deflated cylinders. At that time it does get a bit firmer but I think it's more because now there are organic tissues as well as the cylinders both occupying the space that once only contained organic tissue.

I frequently wear overnight disposable briefs at night for convenience (a habit I developed when I had severe BPH so I didn't have to get up several times overnight) and when I wear them I fold my penis down to my crotch. That can over time cause some soreness but I don't think it's kinks so much as putting stress on my corporotomies which are right at the base of my penis. When I got kinks during the first couple of months, prior to reaching the maximum length from the implant, I would get sharp pains or twinges at times in the sides of my penis and squeezing at the location of the pain would redistribute the kink and the twinge would subside.
