Cool. So…why are you here then? Giving all us sinners one last chance to repent and see the light of your grace?

Regarding regret i think the answer is simple: If you completely lost your erection and tried everything, you have nothing to lose. So doing the surgery is a no brainer.

For those who still are partially functioning the surgery is a very difficult choice. I would personally avoid it until i am sure everything else has failed.

I say this as a patient who was partially functioning myself, and my first surgery went wrong and i already went through multiple revisions. I still feel i was better before (maybe this will change eventually).

Other people were lucky and were able to enjoy the implant from the first surgery.

I did a pole about 6 months to do with satisfaction, I can't remember the exact numbers now but it was mostly really high satisfaction then all of a sudden there were 5 not satisfied votes in a row. It definitely looked suspicious but I didn't say anything, I'm pretty sure it was him trying to skew the results

I am curious about who is "him"? who is the person that supposedly has multiple accounts, and how do people know this is the same person? i am very confused as this all seems to be speculation unless there is any proof?

Repent from toxic positivity ? No..I don't give a fuck..I really don't care about carcasses.

Why am I here ?

1)To reply to your stupid IP remark...and clear out that it isn't that I'm unable to get here...it's just I quit..I no longer see a prospect from debating a clown community..why I even debated ? Because I'm unfortunately tied to this community as I'm eventually getting an ipp..your toxic cheap carcass reactions are shaping the future of IPP reliability thus shaping my future and my family's.

2) I enjoy watching cultish hormonal fart positivity and empty, devoid of subtance congratulation posts even on revisions that lasted a year...for real it's amusing    and the best part if someone shows up with a little criticism or disappointment, you guys reply : "ty is that you ?"...really makes my day

Stay positive my friend and wipe out any "negative trolls" maybe it will make your titan tubes last a little longer

Tooyoung what made you pick the IPP over a malleable? I feel like you’re a patient who would fare better with the MPP based on…… well, everything you’ve said in your previous posts?
ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Surgery scheduled for Rigi10 MPP w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026.

Great, he's back. :(
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Yeah I'm going for mpp but eventually I will have to switch to an IPP despite its' shitty reliability because when the tissue lax on the long run and mpp rods too..nothing will fill the corpora on a revision as the ipp..I'm 27 and this scenario is highly likely.
And this has always been my stance it's just the farty positive puff boys created a fog and distorted my previous takes.
Still mpp for a young man (average and below size dicks only) is the best safe case scenario.

MAUDE reports are clear and no matter how big is the positive fart, an uninsured young man with decades ahead will consider a mpp...either the easy way or the hard way.

Why only for average and below? There are some bigger guys who got an mpp and were satisfied.
Also you never shared with us which do you think its the best brand of mpp, rigicon, Coloplast or boston? And why?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
