Your after picture looks great. Have you measured your length and girth yet? You said your pre length was 16cm? Do you know your pre girth? I’m getting surgery by dr Eid in 2 weeks. I’m hoping for a good outcome.

My length is exactly the same when my gland is engorged and fully pumped up.
My girth was 11,5 cm and it is the same and a bit thicker at the base.
The top is a little bit thinner due to scartissue, nothing to do with the implant it self or Dr Eids work. But I hope that will change thru time.

Dr Eid left me with almost no bruises, and the coloplast tubes sits perfectly under my gland.

Say Hi to him from the Swedish guy.

Hey softorhard, congratulations for taking a plunge, im young guy 27 years old with self induced ed,i have scar tissue at the end of cavernosa "inside glans" but i still can function well, only have positional ed anf faster to lose erections with soft glans, i wanna learn everything about implants for future, this forum is great but its mainly focused on mechanical part of implant which is surely important, but im interesting in other parts like

1. how its connected to brain and arousal?2.can you feel blood rushing to your pelvis(not cavernosa because it isnt there anymore),3. can you feel the urge when you pump your dick up?4. What happens when you kegel? 5.Do you feel that tingling sensation in dick?6.do you have higher libido now? 7.can you or your girl tease you slowly till orgasm(maximal arousal)

I know that these questions are hard to answer and difficult to describe but i think that all members would benefit from knowing it, i know that you are fresh from surgery and it will take time to heal and stuff but if you can answer it now or in close future that would be great...Regards and best of luck!!!

I see. You are in the right forum to get youself educated :) I'm happy you are here :)
1. Arousal is only produced in your brain. So when aroused you will feel aroused no msater what is going on down there
2. Yes
3. If aroused yes. I'm cumycling a lot now without any arousal. So I dont get aroused automstically beacuse my dick is hard but If my gf started to seduce me I would get the urge because arousal is in the brain.
4. I feel pressure and blood pumping in to my penis. Feels like just before implanted. Can make it "jump" with keegels
5. More like pressure, no so much tingeling. (not sure exactly what you are referring to with the tingeling)
6.no not right now. Still healing. Feeling super positive and happy. Libido has been driven down to about an 1 out of 10 the lsdt year because of dissspointments when having sex with my girl. It has created so much problems in bed for us so I havn't hsd any lust to even try before I hsve my implant. As soon as we start get going and having sucessful sex agsin I thing libido will sky rocket. 7. I and we hsve not tried yet. Libido is still down and cycling hurts still. We will probably have s go in about 2-3 weeks.

Update 17 Days post op.

I had a little mental breakdown yesterday. That confirmed a few things that got me a bit discouraged and disappointed.

No 1
I have been walking around a bit at home, usually naked or with very loose boxers to fit in my still pretty hard and inflexible Coloplast implant. And this is pretty comfortable with just a little discomfort but nothing more than that.
Day 16 and 17 I tried to get out for a stroll in the city both walking around and sitting down for small pauses.
And this was a real struggle. The pain and discomfort from tucking it away in the pants was not a pleasant experience.
No angle seemed to be working, about the same pain no matter what way I put it in. I would say that the glans and the base where the implant folds is the most painful areas. The pain resembles having bruises on your feet from a new pair of shoes, but the pain is instead from the inside of my penis shaft and glans.
Not touching it and not putting pressure one it is fine but rubbing against it standing up and moving around is not working.
Anyone had the same experience. I´m starting at work in 7 days and I´m a chef standing up all day long, this is very concerning...Did you have the same experience?

No 2
Scarring. I mentioned earlier that I had some scarring on my left cavernosa just under the glans.
The tube has a rigid top part inside my glans and just under that my scar tissue is pulling the tube in to about 50% of it´s capacity, creating a pretty sharp and weird shape that does feel a bit strange in your hand. It doesn´t show much when you look at it (it basically looks really straight) but it is very much there when you stroke it with your hand. It is just not a straight nice penis shaft, even tho I have Coloplast implant. When I Cycle this part where the scar tissue is, it hurst alot. I pump it up really hard but I have to stop because of the pain and not because I cant pump anymore. I worried that I have to live with this shape now. Anyone have experienced this problem? Anyone got rid of it thru time and cycling?

No 3
I jerked off. I was not very aroused but the gland engorged. I did have the same sensations as before implant but for me this is kind of a negative thing. I have always been very sensitive in this area and when I jerked off without pills before implant (limp dick) I ejaculated soo fast. like 1-2 minutes. With pills I could do a bit longer but not much.
Now with implant and no pills I came as fast as I would do without pills and implant. This is not too concerning to me as I did have the urge to keep on going if I would have my girlfriend there. And a possible second ejaculation with an orgasm attached to it would maybe be possible.

So this is a bit of a mental setback for me right now. I will probably get over it but it feels a bit tough right now.

I have your same implant. Surgery early April. I had a little tenderness the first 2-3 weeks wearing it down in my underwear. I had to wear tight underwear and keep it pointing up. Eventually I started to wear it pushed down towards my scrotum maybe a month later. The pain inside would concern me. I don’t think it’s normal the way you describe it. Have you had a follow up? I know that if the placement is wrong it can wear through the tissue. And as far as the head. You are lucky it still gets engorged and you can cum as easily. I lost a lot of sensitivity which I wasn’t expecting. I couldn’t Cum. For a few weeks. It’s getting better now.
I am 45 yr old w/ Type 1 diabetes. fit & active. Coloplast 22 cm implant April 2019, Dr Perito in Miami. no complications. I perform ED txs: P shot & extracorporeal shock wave at work. I live in Dallas and I’m open to Show & tell.

Ok, when did you start going out of your house? I´m still just a bit more then two weeks out. And when did you stop using painpills? I´m down to almost noting now when I´m at home, but I might have to use some more when I walk out from my house.

I don't have any swelling, no bruises, it´s not warm and no fever so I don´t think its too bad but it is just that it limits my way of moving around. I live in Sweden far from NY where I did my surgery, I posted a long description of my sensations on day 11 as a substitute to a normal follow up with attached pictures for Dr Eid and he said that everything is looking very good and that I will heal well. And my sensations is normal.

2 days ago I talked to one of his nurses and she also said that what I´m feeling is normal. They said that some pain here and there is normal from 2-4 months out. But since I tried a longer walk and stayed out for a longer period of time yesterday the pain or discomfort was way more than I expected and I got a bit worried anyways.

Placement, It fits very well when I´m engorged but deflated the left tube is having a few folds and the edges of the folds creates some pain against my tissue. I guess scar tissue will form and make it more comfortable thru time?

Discomfort is part of the deal for the first month or two. After the surgery your mind is focused on one thing only, your dick. Every little thing is a question running through your mind, is this normal? I remember the folds at first they hurt if I was fully deflated so I would instead pump a little then the tip hurt after a while not real pain but more of a pain in the ass. It was always something I was trying to speed up the recovery time. One morning I wrote to Myra and described the issues the pinch from the folds the twinge at the tips the dull mild ache at the base. She said you’ll be just fine and you will forget about those things around three months you will look back and say she was right. She was . Try to think of other things experiment with different types of underwear roll up some towels and place them in a v shape to sit on walk a little more each day. At the Three week mark try slow sex what ever you do, do not try cowgirl for three months but at one month you’ll be getting the hang of it. This was a major surgery. It’s not going to be better quickly it improves a little at a time till one day it’s not the only thing on your mind all the time. Then you realize that as I’m sitting here typing this it’s been a long time since it was the only thing I could think of. Best of all it works 100% of the time and you can count on that.

I’m sure you read my story in the thread ‘My Journal’.
I had bad pain for 3 weeks. After about a month I still had huge issues with my flaccid. Could not point it down and if I tried it would hurt.
I had some discomfort for 3-4 months. Things like bending down to tie my shoes, getting out of a car would bother me.
After around 4 months that was gone.
My flaccid pointed at 4 o’clock for at least a couple of months.
I started to force it downwards in my pants after a month, which I think was stupid.
Today my flaccid hangs down at 5 o’clock.

I still have some small crinkles when flaccid. Not visible, no discomfort. But I can feel them with my fingers. When inflated, there are no crinkles.
On the other hand, my dick grows >2 cm when I inflate it and is longer now than it ever was in life.
Some crinkles are good.

The advice: Give it time. Just accept that you’re gonna have 3-4 months where you will be slightly hindered by your dick.
Don’t force bend your flaccid. Let it take the space it needs.
Things will be great.

I also think I should add that even though my healing was slows and more painful than normal for a patient of Eid’s, my results have been terrific.
A super erection pointing at 2:00, longer than in my twenties. Pump perfectly placed centered behind my balls. No way to notice I’m implanted if not thoroughly touching my balls. Same sensitivity and better orgasmic function. OTR working perfectly, I only press deflation valve once when deflating. No need to squeeze my dick.

Have you been icing your implant? Not the scrotum but the actual penis itself?

Dave.
I think this is what I need to hear right now. Patience and just a little trust in the process. Yes every little thing creates a new question. I think that is because this such a new and odd experience plus it has to do with one of your most precious bodyparts.
I hear people that has a record healing time and I start to question my own healing time. If i listen to both Dr Eid and his Nurses they said 2-4 Months to be painfree. So I guess 17 Days comes up a little bit short of 2 months :D :D
Dave Thanks for your words!
