Took some new pictures this morning. The implant is doing well and I hardly notice that it’s a little stiffer than what I felt pre implant in the flaccid state, but then I never had such a large flaccid state.
Not sure what the surgeon did but when I’m sexually aroused and not just pumped up as in the pictures I’m more round and the glans gets bigger.

Quester and Waynetho, looks like you both had unique situations that required your Docs to make the decision to go for CX. For younger guys like me who don't have any disease and have normal penis size, I guess LGX makes more sense.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

In my post implant research as I may of mentioned I didn’t realize that AMS made 2 different model. However I came to the conclusion that I really don’t care who made the implant. They all have pros and cons. The better person to discuss which implant is to be used is your surgeon. It is my belief that the implant I got was perfect for me.
If I lost size it’s back due to cycling, no one knows that I have an implant unless I share that knowledge.
Had I known there were 2 different models for the AMS would I have chosen one over the other? I don’t know. The choice to use the CX was made while I was out by the doctor and the AMS representative.
I’m just glad it’s working and I can have sex again
