I would say it's quite easy to hide in many circumstances, but not always. If youre in a situation where you're building things up slowly, you can definitely sneak by, but if she decides to give you a blow job out of nowhere, you obviously can't anticipate that.

You learn to be more comfortable with it pretty quickly, though. It's part of who you are. Women don't seem to care one bit

Sorry, I don't remember the details anymore. I believe I had to wear the bandage for 24-48 hours, then clean with mild soap. No special wound care products were necessary. You'll obviously have antibiotics which you must take to prevent against infection.

Also, I believe you can't shower for several days.

Others suggest cleaning with sterile saline and leaving it uncovered. I personally prefer Dr. Clavell's recommendations due to his thoroughness and world class patient support.

I was curious because some recommend applying Neosporin and covering the incision with a bandage.

Others suggest cleaning with sterile saline and leaving it uncovered. I personally prefer Dr. Clavell's recommendations due to his thoroughness and world class patient support.

I just got surgery on the 23rd with Clavell. He wraps your scrotum up fairly tight to help keep it from swelling so much and part of the penis is wrapped too. After 2 days you shower and remove the dressings. He recommends antibacterial bar of soap and none of the scented ones with extra crap in it, just plain bar soap. Or you can use hibiclens for up to 3 shower times for it's antibacterial properties but after that go to the soap I mentioned earlier. He said hibiclens can irritate the genitalia so it's best to not use hibiclens more than 3 times post surgery and really just doing the bar soap is great. I got some papers from him with a bit more detail but I'm not at home currently unfortunately. You can also view his videos on YouTube and he talks about pre and post surgery in all it's details in various videos.
