the issue is the spongy tissue that is filled with blood when a erection occurs is damaged by the dilators ,so that results in loss of mass .
i used to go from a flaccid to to 6.5 length and a fat 6 inch girth that my wife would complain about in doggie . that tissue is now gone .and there is expansion of my girth when in on the mood

It’s not hard to conceal, where does this myth come from? Also it’s not a pornstar implant, it’s just a regular implant. My implant I am satisfied as it is a good length and girth.

Very possible. It could have been a 11 and he said 13, could have been a 13 and said 11, impossible to verify anything

Very possible. It could have been a 11 and he said 13, could have been a 13 and said 11, impossible to verify anything

Not built for white collar consealability bend memory like Coloplast Genesis which was tested only for 8000 bend cycles and needs replacement every 10 years. No hydrophilic or antibiotic coating as porn stars will catch STDs on the job. Heard a talk where pornstars approached Dr. Kramer for getting this. This implant is pornstar tough. 60s and 70s! Good for you easymoney. OP is in his 20s. Many Indian, South Asian and Middle Eastern men get diabetes or ED in their 20s. I don't know if you are in the malleable WhatsApp group. Pretty much everyone is in their early 30s or late 20s. I don't know if it's genetics or the loaded shit we eat these days.

My guess is that the diet becomes mixed between traditional food and western food and the combination is unhealthy. Many Asian dishes are carb heavy, but with a little less animal protein and also more natural. Western food is more protein heavy (although plenty of carbs also) and more processed and artificial. If you combine the two you probably get the worst of both worlds.
