Maximum amount if Cialis to take

As per Cialis instructions

How often you can take Cialis depends on the dosage you are taking. The 10mg and the 20mg tablets are both effective for 36 hours, which means that you mustn’t take another tablet within this time frame.

Thus, in 3 days I can take up to 3 pills (60 mg). Correct?
I have 5 mg pills, so to get same quantity , I can take 5 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening and I'll get same dose in 3 day. Am I correct?

When my ED worsened and injections and Viagra were no longer working. I started taking 20 mg of Cialis daily and the best I could do were weak semis.

We go for 1 week vacation at adult only resort, so I'm planning to take Cialis as max allowed....and if it won't help do some injections...
To take 5 mg every 9 hours is not convenient and too confusing. So, I did some calcs . As per instructions (20mg every 36 hours), I got

with 5 mg pills, I got same 120 mg if I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the evening
