Number of Cialis sessions

I read that the drug is for one erection (sex session) per dose. The efficacy is for thirty-six hours (20mg). Has anyone had multiple sessions with a single dose?
62. Married 37yrs. Intermittent fasting and exercises for diabetes. ED for over 27yrs. Suspect VL. Tried myriads of supplements and viagra - not working. Afraid of injections but will now try Caverject. Interested in inflatable implants ...

I have had several erections with.a 20mg dose...that's why they call it "the weekend pill"
Eastern PA Born 1957 Type 2 Diabetes since 2004 Oral meds worked well in the past...not so much anymore! Still weighing my options...hoping for improvement with implant technology!!
