Need a little help and advice

I have total ED related to health. Diabetes, heart disease and others. Took different pills past 10 years, but can no longer take because of heart meds. Been using injections for a few months but not really successful. 2 weeks ago I used an auto inject with alprostadil. Pain was out the roof. Lasted a couple hours at injection site and all thru the dick. Last night I noticed a “bump” on the shaft about the size of a pellet for a pellet gun. Wasn’t there before. Is this scar tissue from the injection. Seems too early for scar tissue.

It probably isn't scar tissue and will likely go away in time. I don't use an auto injector.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.
