What's a good long term maintenance & growth regimen for pumping .... ?

I have 2 pumps I use more or less daily for 10 min, 1 in the AM / and the other in the PM.

I have definitely gained some length and girth since starting this regimen about 2 months ago.

I pumped for 20 minutes in the am at 5 hg and again at night, 5 or 6 days a week. I also pumped for 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week. In addition, I threw in some pulse pumping. After five years, I had gained over one inch in girth.

Like DT said, you do get quite a girth benefit from pumping -- and it does not really take that long.

Also that pumpy girth translates over when you use Trimix or other shots as well -- you get more girth there too -- where you can now use it! Hey who doesn't want an extra inch of girth, yah? Well, you might find your Missus/Lady friend will find it too much! Then the jokes on you, my friend!! But gotta try, right?
