Titan girth wow

I’ve always had a rather girthy unit around 5,75”maybe a bit more on a good day not long but 6.25” pre prostectomy. I was implanted on Friday last week October 26. by Dr. Eid with a Coloplast Titan no touch 20CM with a 1 CM RTE. DR. EID is not a fan of RTE’s as a matter of fact during the surgery he was thinking of a 22 with 1 CM removed from the rear tip. However during the measuring of the proximal corpora he changed his mind to instead Use a 1 Cm RTE. This would give me a favorable pump placement lower rather than higher or easier access. Good choice I have no problem accessing pump to inflate or deflate . Well today second day of cycling I decided it’s probably good idea to take some measurements. Lenghtwise I was about 5 3/4 inches but the surprise was the girth was 6 5/8 inches. Well I know that after only two days of cycling I’m sure I’ll get back at least where I was in length. The one thing I’m not sure of have these cylinders expanded to the maximum width. Because if I do get the other 1/2” back and another 1/2”in girth . That will make for one fat D. I won’t be able to smack the smile off of my wife’s face.

That's what he did for me, took a 22cm kit and custom fit a 20/21cm. He's kind of a perfectionist about fit, and I didn't lose (or gain) anything in length or girth.

The 18mm Titan cylinders alone, out of your penis, have an inflated girth of about 4.5". The girth you measure is a result of the cylinders plus your own tissues. I don't know how to estimate what may be possible for you, so just keep measuring and see where it goes.

i suspect that you will gradually gain in girth over the next 4 months. Important to inflate to the absolute maximum so that it is like granite. That way, you are stretching the tunica and getting all the girth that those cylinders can give.

I know that the titan versus AMS debate is quite a rage here on franktalk. For me (and as I have said this before) "I wanted the biggest hardest dick for sex possible, and to hell with anything else." Yes indeed, the girth of the titan is really cool. When a woman feels that thing going in, it is quite the stretch (and I assume quite the thrill).

There are rumors that women enjoy "hardness, hardness, hardness, and then girth" --- I really do not know, and I assume some women might find the titan too much to handle (maybe).

Whatever the case, I love my titan, it is an awesome sex machine, and that girth is indeed impressive.

I have to admit, I lost girth with my implant. Went from 6.5+" to 5.5". I'm not going to say it was the Titan, but something sure happened! When erect, I am almost 2" across but only 1" thick, (top to bottom). I use to be pretty round, so not sure what happened. But it works now and that is what matters.

I am loving mine, too. My doctor said it is only limited by my tunica's ability to stretch. He chose the Titan because I told him before surgery that if I had to choose between length or girth, I wanted girth because my girlfriend had a difficult natural childbirth and would appreciate the extra girth. I was impressed with the initial girth after surgery and at two months it is getting even better.
