Woman on Top

Have been on injections for over 10 years now... initially when it was working well, my wife is able to ride me on top, as the penis gets really hard and doesn't slip out.

but now that the Trimix is not working effectively, it is getting difficult almost impossible to maintain hardness while I am lying on my back. this makes it impossible to have her on top.

I have changed my Trimix regimen, but it only gives me about 70-80% hardness. Do others have the same experience / difficulties with woman on top position?

See the "Various Questions" post that is two posts below this one. It won't offer much help, but you'll find that others share your problem.
Eugene, Oregon, USA. Born 1941. Married 1968. ED since mid-1990s. Began trimix January 2014. Dosage gradually increased over time. Added cock ring in 2016. After dosage reached 30 units, switched to quad mix in May 2018. On blood pressure meds.

There area a number of posts where this is discussed. Search "top" or "on top" and see what you get. Seems to be the first position to go when things start getting limper. It usta be a fave but . . .
NOT an MD. 72, M52 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

4 units of Trimix 40/30/2 gives me a raging erection for 3 hours and I can go forever. However when my girl is riding me I can feel after a few minutes that I’m getting softer. We can still do it for like 10 minutes, but after that she has to give my dick a contra-CPR, meaning a good sucking session lol. Then I’m ok again forever. I get the hardest during doggy style.

i have the same issue when she is on top, though she likes it that way. i have a little venous leakage that cause me to limp a little while laying on my back.
slips out some and makes me nervous as i dont want a penile injury. i just roll over to missionary style a bit, doggy some then i'm good again.

I have venous leakage. As a result I can't have woman on top sex anymore because I loose my erection as soon as I'm on my back. My Uro suggested using a cock ring. I haven't tried one yet.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

Eventually all medications lose effectiveness. There are other physical symptoms as well. Are you at maximum strength and dosage? :)

I've had venous leak all my life. I have never, not even once, succeeded in sex when woman is on top.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

Can confirm that women on top doesn't work. We switch to doggy, or my standing and using our sex chair and everything is fine. but if she starts trying to ride me, it start going soft almost immediately. This is with 30
52 Been on every pill, done Trimix/Bimix In line for a Titan pump. Married, wife involved with this whole process. :) Implanted 12/9/19 Titan 20 with 1.6 rear tips.
