Injury, Penile Shrinkage, Possible Peyronie's disease, Insomnia

Postby Moca__ » Sun Apr 28, 2019 8:33 am

Hello,

I appreciate you reading about my issue, any help is appreciated. Please read the tl;dr if this is too long of a post, I was unsure of what would be appropriate.

Basically, I edged every day for a couple hours for a month. One night I'm finishing and I experienced an uncomfortable sensation inside the penis. Not painful (maybe very slightly), but it seemed as if the "plumbing" was under strain so to speak (perhaps a tear?) and it was struggling to push out the semen. Afterwards, it went flaccid and was sore and hurting during the night along with what I now know might have been PSAS (Persistent sexual arousal syndrome), I was seeing sexual images in my head non-stop the entire time. In the morning it was much thinner than usual while flaccid (much less definition as well in the head, seemed almost child-like) and was still sore. I stopped masturbating for around 5 weeks after that. The pain/soreness had been long gone and most of the definition and girth had returned, I was getting constant erections as well in the mornings. I decided to try masturbating and noticed that the length was there again, but it wasn't as thick as before. Furthermore, while going from flaccid to erect (at about the 30-40% point) it bent to the left somewhat more than usual. It already curves to the left naturally, but this is more than normal. Definitely not enough to be Peynorie's disease, but still slightly worrying. During orgasm it was again somewhat uncomfortable, not painful but almost like an electric shock going through the penis/urethra. Afterwards I did not have any pain or soreness and so masturbated twice more in around a week or so. I stopped because of the feeling during orgasm and because I wanted the thickness to return to normal.

It had been approximately 9 weeks since the first incident and the uncomfortable orgasms had stopped (masturbated for the first time in around 2-3 weeks). The girth seems to have returned while completely erect and yet my penis is still not as well defined while flaccid and almost looks child-like at times, and is also seemingly not as long while flaccid (but much better than right after the incident). Sometimes, it looks like the blood pools in the head and then it looks almost the same as normal, but if I grip it in my hand and squeeze then it once again becomes almost like a cylinder. Is there some issue with blood flow here? Post-orgasm (around 20 mins after) I notice some slight itching which goes away in a couple minutes. Note, my wounds take much longer to heal than a normal person for whatever reason, I'd say it takes me 3 times as long to recover from injuries. Is it still healing? Or did scar tissue form and start blocking blood flow? I went to a urologist a month ago, he gripped it once and said it was fine, but I do not feel fine at all.

UPDATE: Week 12. After taking phenibut (a substance that depresses the CNS via GABA receptors and also makes you more sexual) I masturbated three times in three days. After the first two times all seemed well, I might have experienced a slight ache but felt fine. This is where I wanted to stop. However, on the third day I experienced PSAS and could not stop thinking about sex. Even a single image was enough to bring me to orgasm, I did not even have to touch my penis, couldn't even sleep. So after an entire night of being aroused and unable to do anything, I decided to see if masturbating would help make it go away. It didn't, and now for two days it's been aching with some symptoms of PSAS still remaining (still somewhat able to orgasm from images alone) but it is going away. I've also noticed the bend to the left has increased slightly yet again. Did I cause more scar tissue to form? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently taking: Arginine, 5HTP, do Hot-Cold wraps, Multi-vitamins with vitamin E, fish oil, magnesium, and a pill with over a dozen amino acids. I am in my 20's.

tl;dr: Edging for a couple hours every day for a month caused penile shrinkage while flaccid and a slight bend to the left, not significant but definitely more than before. Use of Xanax and Lyrica during the entire period, stopping cold turkey around a month after the incident which has given me insomnia since. Also uncomfortable orgasms during the first 8 weeks (I masturbated around 4 times during that entire period). Use of phenibut during week 12 increased sexual activities which caused bend to get worse.

Very complex situation. My penis was always different lengths flaccid. Heat and cold sensitive too. Your bend is no doubt peyronies just starting. I bent upward in my late teens then began to go softer early twenties and the bend went away. Took more than forty years longer for the disease to finally win out. You don't have a perfect penis few do. Everyone has issues especially when meds are involved. Watch carefully for changes document them so that you can accurately tell your Doctor. If a serious issue arises he will know. Till then take each day one at a time.Good luck

Tell your doctor you take extra long time to heal from injuries. Have you ever been checked for diabetes?

No, I have not. Could diabetes be somehow related? I do not think I have it.

I think I'm going to go to a urologist again. The PSAS is still lingering. Not as bad, but it's still quite annoying. One thing that's very frustrating is that it seems doctors barely even know about any of this and just say everything is fine. I'll go to a different one this time, hopefully he'll do more tests than just a visual.

YES, diabetes absolutely could cause this. Type 2 diabetes doesn't give you the significant lows with decreased levels of consciousness as type 1 and makes healing difficult. Type 2's typically run high because they can get away with a lot. Get yourself tested. :)
