About to start BiMix

Postby Tx Git Slinger » Sat Jun 01, 2019 11:51 am

I used to do Trimix but had issues with scarring and pain. Urologist I'm seeing now said that Bimix would likely not result in as much scarring. Thoughts?

I was on quadmix before implant. That burns a little while injecting but never really had any problems with scarring.

Yes, and thank you for the replies. I was a bit puzzled that doc prescribed bi-mix after I got scarring from tri-mix. It is my impression that papverine is the major culprit as far as scarring goes. He also had advised me to not inject anymore. Puzzled. I don't want more fibrosis, because I'm thinking a prosthesis is on the horizon. I don't want to preclude the procedure with way busted up corpora.

If papaverine is the culprit in scarring then what about a bi-mix of phentolamine and alphrostadil? Is that done?
