Cumming with Trimix

I was wondering if any of you guys, on trimix, were having a problem with orgasms?
I know it can be a side effect of the pills but haven't heard if trimix can cause the same thing. My wife and I had sex last night and in spite of her best efforts I just couldn't cum. The sex was still good but it's frustrating when you can't cum.
I have had this problem for a few years now so I don't know exactly what the cause is. I can cum sometimes but not all the time.
I've mentioned it to my Urologist and he didn't have an answer. Just made a comment about age being a factor

Yes, I have a much harder time (pardon the pun) cumming using trimix. For my GF and I, this is usually a good thing. My erection with trimix usually lasts 90 - 120 minutes and we make the most of it. Between foreplay and intercourse, we usually have at least 60 minutes of sex. My GF is multiorgasmic, so she can have 6-10 orgasms from oral, PIV and, occasionally, anal sex. I can sometimes cum when she rides me in reverse cowgirl, but often times I’ll finish off masturbating and cumming on her boobs. I’m just glad I’ve got the erection hardness of a teenager!

You might be able to find some ideas there. One fairly common technique is to reduce the amount of Trimix to the minimum needed to get a useable erection. This works for some men.

You said you use pills with trimix. I have the lowest dose trimix and could use a boost. I have sedinifil 20 mg pills. How do you use the pills with trimix? I was thinking of taking one pill with trimix.

For what it's worth, somewhere along the line I was told that taking FlowMax or its generic version, tamsolosen, suppresses cumming...still get an orgasm but no cum.

Appreciate bloink. I had RP nov 18. Trimix at the beginning rx is ok .50 volume. May try cut in half with one 20 mg pill and see what that does. Orgasm is harder to achieve but get them if patient enough. Good luck to all.

I have posted quite a bit on the General Forum topic of "anorgasmia". I am fixing for an update there with more experience and learning. Short story: for me besides age, PGE seems to cause/exacerbate it. The ache overwhelms the pleasure. I was already taking longer before starting injections so like bldoink says who knows what the course would have been without injections (or other surgical trauma).

But, I also found that by pre-taking a 10 mg Cialis earler , I can reduce the amount of PGE in my mix, or of mix total, and do better getting a wad out. Not always, but more frequently with less ache.

Now, the good news is that for the first 3rd to half of our marriage (47 yrs), I was a bit more on the PE side. Wifey frequently left wanting more. Young sometimes did 2nds later that always went longer. THAT does not happen any more. I get a white flag after 40-60 mins and she is toast. She is beyond satisfied as long as I keep the mix/quantity strong but that prevents orgasm. So karma says it's her turn to have her brains fried now. I can usually work it out the next day with mild pumping and/or a recreational ring.

This is just the reality of "maturing" and operations (none for me). We are not 18 any more, and that can be really good in many ways.

PS: my Uro recently re-upped my Cialis after telling him I was using both pill and shot as it allowed a lower shot dose of PGE. He had no reservation. I assured him I'd never had a priaprism and the post coital duration was longer with a higher dose shot. IOW he tacitly approved this. But best to check with your Uro.

The referenced and elsewhere linked anorgasmia threads in General Forum discuss the many factors that may induce or aggravate anorgasmia. There are many. At one point years ago I was on Paxil for a short time and beat the dog out of wifey trying to cum. That class of drugs does it. Add Flowmax to the list. I have a slowly advancing case of non-diabetic neuropathy in my feet (tingling, burning, loss of sensation) and often wonder if that is a contributor/cause. The penis is a peripheral extremity after all. In so many ways we are pissing against the wind after 50 but some keep on trying. Wifey says some of the best sex ever now.
