After implant..any confirmed instances of eventual penile length/girth increases over previous max ?

In other words, one reads here sometimes that someone "feels" or "thinks" that they are larger erect than ever, given a year of cycling after implant. The science is that the unit is very unlikely to go beyond what nature doled out. But does it happen sometimes ?

If so, please tell your tale... hopefully with exact before and after measurements, plus the time it took to get there after implant.

It would seem that some but not all implantees end up with a slightly longer penis.
Merrix has stated that his penis is longer post-implant, Donnie has suggested a similar outcome, each with their own take on how it happened.
I believe that I am perhaps 1cm longer now than I was pre Titan however, I have to fess up and say that I don’t recall measuring my erect cock when I was 25 years old and logging the measurement somewhere recoverable.
Plus its also sort of irrelevant what the size was in the throes of that monstrous affliction, ED.
The measurement doesn’t exist and my memory has faded on the subject of ED ....as it should.
I remember my surgeon hedging his bets telling me I may lose a little, he also told me to cycle regularly to have the best chance of a full recovery.
I did as he said and I am thrilled with the outcome.
I might add that at almost 65 I am lean, eat light, drink alcohol sparingly, swim 3 km a week, surf regularly and ski as much as I can.
And, like Merrix, I too was a good candidate for this surgery.........he is one fit looking Bjorn.
Oh and as I have said on here several times......it’s not a penis lengthening procedure-it’s a penis stiffening one.

Was implanted with Titan Oct. 2016 at age 69. Lost some size to begin with. After several months, I began to gain size and am now larger than before surgery.
At last checkup, doctor said he could do a revision after one year and enlarge even further. Must be he thought I was dissatisfied with the size! Has anyone ever done a revision just in order to gain size?

If after implantation distal part of the penis flail, and cylinders are too short yes it s an indication for a revision.

Between my first implant and my second implant my corporal mesureament have grown a little (+ 1 cm). Maybe due to stretching the corporal fibrosis

Sometimes surgeon don t pass the cylinders toi far and the result is ok. First implant was thé shorter and really give good glans support

Can you tell us, with the two 3 cm jumps, what were the increases in actual usable penile length?

I have read some speculation that the size increases of the implants are at least partially mitigated by deepening of the crus space or compression of the distal (glans) tissues. Thus a 6 cm increase in implant length might only effect a 2 cm increase in actual usable penile length.

You are in a unique position to address that question with real-world data.

In my case, I don't "feel" or "think" that my dick is longer now than it ever was. That is cold hard facts. Well, unless I am too stupid to use a ruler, which I don't think I am.
As I have written in several posts, my numbers are:

Pre op: (And pre-op for me was as long as I ever was. My dick never started to shrink from ED. I did get full erections from Viagra, Cialis, they just didn't last long enough): 16-16.5 cm
Immediately post-op: 15.5 cm
1 year post-op: 17.5 cm

Flaccid measurements:
Post op: 10 cm
1 year after surgery: 15 cm

I have no answer as to why my dick is longer now than it ever was on a natural erection. If someone else has a good theory, please let me know.

For those potentially jealous out there, let me calm you down by saying that my wife does not notice any difference at all in terms of length. Even though it is 1.5 cm longer, which is almost 10%, she does not notice any difference whatsoever.
However, she does immediately notice any difference in girth. 5 mm is enough for her to notice a significant difference.

I was only ever hoping for a functional erection after surgery because my natural one was non existent. To have regained good length, plus increased girth has exceeded my expectations. I went into the whole procedure with very little knowledge or research.
My surgeon talked the talk and then walked the walk; I trusted him and it paid off.
His only real promise was that he could give me back the ability to have an erection, he never assured me my cock would be longer although I do recall him telling me to expect an increase in girth.
