Using implant 3 times per week=Implant life less than 10 years???

I'm now 24 and suppose I have an implant at age 27-28, how many revisions do I need until age 65(I think i can give up active sexual life after age 65)?
Hydraulic pump seems very vulnerable to mechanical failure..

I am sorry you are experiencing ED so young, I feel your pain. I started having problems in my early forties but a single viagra was good enough to get me going with a great erection all night long, those were good times, unfortunately they didnot last too long and at 47 my ED was worse which compounded with an enlarged prostate and my cancer diagnosis took away from me the joy of having great sex.

At the end I was so frustrated with pills and all the planning around take them that I went to see a Doctor in Toronto to inquire about implants, he turned me down.

In 2018 I had a RP and once my Prostate was gone so did what ever erections I could have before surgery, tried all the pills and none worked, Dr suggested injections but refused the idea, sex for me is about enjoyment, the moment and I hated the idea of injecting my self before having any sex, and all the planning around when I travel, etc.

I finally got my implant and so far I am very pleased , there a few things I would change but considering where I was and where I am now, I feel very happy. I still young and at some point will need a revision or maybe two; however, I donot care, I will cross that bridge when I get there. In the meantime I am looking forward to enjoy my best new friend for the next 5, 10, or 15 years. Who knows, may be in 15 years implanta will have a Bluetooth and you may be able to activate it using your phone

yes, the implant lasts around 10 years, so yes, you will need revision.

BUT, do not be afraid to use it ! The implant surgery is easier on you then the original. Also, you might get a bigger implant on a revision (since the original implant might have stretched you out some).

Moral of the story: Use the implant a bunch. NEVER give up a sex opportunity with a woman because you feared putting too much mileage on your implant.

Agree with all!! I thought ED at 55 would doom me to a life without penetration sex but my implant at 71 gave me a new lease on life. And don't just say sex with women. As a BiMWM, I'm now having fun on both sides of the gender spectrum. Juat sayin'...
